The staff has always been friendly, prompt, and helpful, and I think I have always been greeted when I enter. My only two complaints are that the parking is limited and awkward and that prices are only marked on about half of the cigars. That said, they do discount them by 20%, so that's nice.

first thing ill say is this shop charges 40+ for disposables so you would expect to get what u paid…read morefor right? i recently got a dispo here 2 days ago. muha honey or wtv its called, i unbox it to see the disposable but it seems to already have a huge bubble in it. on top of that it immedietly clogged as i tried to get a hit. personally if im paying that much to get a dispo i would say im getting ripped off and you might be too. and finally, the best for last the dispo started to peel. the designs AND label had peeled... maybe a fake? who knows but id recommend buying from E420 instead they have the same stuff for more affordable and sensibles prices :) ( they dont peel either)
