It took them more then a week every time. The first time I went there it was fine. They called me a couple days when the medicine was ready. After the 2nd and 3rd refills it went down hill after that. What I don't understand is that they had updated my phone number already the first time so I'm not sure why the manager (she sucks). She was the one with the southern accent. You can't miss her accent and her son work there too. When I went today to get the medicine the manager verify my old number again when they had already update phone number to begin with and it was also on the refills so why didn't they call or text when the medicine was ready to be picked up. The manager ask me to calm down and I was. I just was just frustrated. How dumb can you get? I also called and left a message for them on 1/17 and they never called me so I went there today 1/26 and it was just sitting in there bin. Obviously if they listen to my message that I left on 1/17 they would find out what my phone number is but no one bother to call. If I was not able to go today to get my daughter's medicine in which she really need who knows when she will be able to take it. It would probably be seating in their bin for a whole month. smh. Again I would not highly recommend this place even if the pharmacist said Walmart would not be able to mix the medicine for my daughter. One example is the "lunch hour," that CVS closes.
