    I have had hands down one of the WORST customer service experiences ever. I went into Giant, per…read morethe guidance from EZpass VA, to exchange my transponder. A woman woman with braids didn't even attempt to assist or listen to anything I had to say. She was too busy talking over me. The only thing she said was we only sell ezpass transponders. I said yes I understand that however we were told if you were rated 100% disabled, permanent and total, to come to Giant and exchange.... She didn't even let me finish. She rolled her eyes and said who told you that? I said EZ pass. She said to me did you hear what I said? I already answered you and you're not listening and started to help another customer. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she said for what? I've been working here for 12 years. I said ok but I'd like to speak to a manager. She rolls her eyes and said she's on 12. I said Get Her. She just looks at me trying to decide what to say next. She screams to her manager from where she is, telling her, can you come talk to her bc she's not listening. She was just waving her hands in my face. Then walked off still mumbling about how she won't help me and she's not going to keep repeating herself. I asked her if she was ok and why is she giving me attitude? She said bc I was giving her attitude first. My daughter said, by asking a question?! Manager comes over and I'm trying to explain how unbelievably disrespectful and rude the lady with the braids was for no reason. The manager says sorry she knows. It's just busy. There was hardly anyone in the store. Besides that..... it's a customer service based organization. It's a grocery store for Gods sake. It is absolutely clear that this woman has been bullying and behaving inappropriately for YEARS and for some strange reason still has a job. She needs to be fired, full stop. Her behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, unwarranted and unprovoked. She can no longer be in a position where she is interacting with the public. And maybe therapy might be a good idea for her aggressive nature. Otherwise if she doesn't like her job, quit.

Service is ok but inventory here is pretty decent compared to the other Walgreens I've been at. For snacks and beverages I have a good amount of options and they're usually fully stocked compared to other Walgreens locations. A lot of their staff have retired or are relocating to a different Walgreens so they don't have as much help as the other stores. Ok place to shop at, would return.

I saw the Walgreens…read morecorporate announcements stating that walk-ins and appointments would be available for anyone in an eligible category. A few hours later, I visited a local Walgreens and asked if they were currently taking walk-ins. The pharmacist said they were, if I was willing to wait for about 45 minutes to accommodate the current appointment times. I gave them my insurance card, vaccine card, and ID while I filled out some necessary paperwork. Once the paperwork side was done, I waited in one of the many chairs at the end of the aisles by the pharmacy. The customer flow at the pharmacy was pretty steady while I was there. It seemed most people were there for vaccines, either for the flu shot or for initial/second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Most customers did wear masks, although there were some who would only put them on when it was their turn to get a shot in the back area. All Walgreens employees were wearing masks, although one of the stockers had his around his chin and didn't even adjust it when talking to customers. The store seemed to be pretty clean and organized. When they called my name for the booster, the process was very easy. They verified my identity, administered the shot, and updated my vaccine card. I was able to leave with additional paperwork about possible side effects and the V-safe program updates. I would definitely consider returning for future vaccines.

    First of all I do not highly recommend Prosperity Pharmacy. Not only they did not call or text…read morewhen my daughter's prescription was a ready to be pick up in a day and that she really needs ( who has special need). It took them more then a week every time. The first time I went there it was fine. They called me a couple days when the medicine was ready. After the 2nd and 3rd refills it went down hill after that. What I don't understand is that they had updated my phone number already the first time so I'm not sure why the manager (she sucks). She was the one with the southern accent. You can't miss her accent and her son work there too. When I went today to get the medicine the manager verify my old number again when they had already update phone number to begin with and it was also on the refills so why didn't they call or text when the medicine was ready to be picked up. The manager ask me to calm down and I was. I just was just frustrated. How dumb can you get? I also called and left a message for them on 1/17 and they never called me so I went there today 1/26 and it was just sitting in there bin. Obviously if they listen to my message that I left on 1/17 they would find out what my phone number is but no one bother to call. If I was not able to go today to get my daughter's medicine in which she really need who knows when she will be able to take it. It would probably be seating in their bin for a whole month. smh. Again I would not highly recommend this place even if the pharmacist said Walmart would not be able to mix the medicine for my daughter. I rather go somewhere else instead of wasting my time over and over again and . I don't have the time for stupidity. smh Good luck with whomever is in getting your medicine filled there!

    Found this place by Google searching for COVID rapid testing. Easy to book online and I paid $35…read morefor admin fee. The test is sent off to a lab and tests back within 3-5 days. You can also pay like $200-350 for fast tracking or 1-2 day for results, which is not submitted to insurance. I arrived to the front of the building and pulled up to an orange cone that was a "parking spot" for testing. Text a number upon arrival and testers came out within 5 mins. They take a picture of your insurance card and then they do the nasal swab. There was a mistake made, but the pharmacy realized and called me back in for a rapid 1 day test at no charge. I got the results back that next morning. Good customer service.
