This is definitely a better Walgreens compared to other stores I've been to. The company has been cutting back hours for awhile and so now it's pretty much one tech and a pharmacist during the weekend for 3 registers, phone calls and filling prescriptions. I think if the public were more aware of how unfair it's been in terms of getting the support or help to run the pharmacy, people would be more patient or understanding. But it's been definitely a preferred store over others in Manassas. read more

Not sure if this is a Walgreens problem or a Demet's Turtles problem, however, all their products on the shelves has poor quality candy inside. I had to return my purchase due to the nut clusters looking old and unsavory. I wonder what quality control procedures are used by both companies to provide a good product for consumers. Of note was the product was stocked with the newest boxes at the front of the shelf and the older boxes in the rear. That stocking process seems counter intuitive. read more

Worst experience ever, unprofessional pharmacy staff. Not trained personal ever one has really bad attitude. Waited 1 hour, 3 people staring at one screen and cannot register one person for Covid-19's vaccines. Don't come here to this location instead of helping you they will start texting or answer their cellphone. Whoever is in charge please do something train your staff, place some rules and regulations. Exactly 56 minutes wait to get just register. Hate the staff here. read more

Not sure what the bad reviews are complaining about. This Walgreen has exceeded my expectations. Store is cleaned, staff greeted me when I entered the shop, pharmacy staff going out of their way to help. Maybe they have changed since the bad reviews but I have visited twice and both times were great! read more

The gentleman at the register wore his mask properly and courteous. The lady working at the make up area had no mask at all. I went solely to purchase make up so I purchased one item and left quickly. It's disappointing that employees require the public to wear masks but they don't wear them. I am not returning at this location until 2021 or when COVID is no longer a death threat. It's sad that people don't take this pandemic seriously. read more

Night shift likes to close early. Came one night 30 minutes before closing. I seen a lady closing up and ignoring the people outside. Very disappointed because I actually needed fever reducer for my baby. Every time I come here there's always shady drunk homeless people buying beer. Wish they didn't sale beer. read more

Slowest Walgreens I've ever been to. Don't go to this place outside of 12-2 pm on a weekday.

I do a lot of photo and canvas printing . It's very annoying when you get a text that a canvas or photo is ready and then you drive to the store and they haven't even started it. I came last week and the photo person told me they didn't know how to do it, and I've have to come another day. Just an odd experience read more

I've been using this Walgreens location for several years and I really appreciate all the ladies who run the pharmacy. They have always went above and beyond to help with any issues I may have with insurance or my prescription. I love that always remember my name and which medications I get. They all are really nice and truly care about trying to help their customers. I've been to other pharmacies over the years and this is by far the best one I've ever been to because of all the wonderful people who run the pharmacy. K.M read more

There is, by far, no slower pharmacy drive-through on this planet. I think the DMV moves faster. Only giving two stars because they've never messed up a prescription and I'm trying to think of something nice to say. read more

Basically, the pharmacy seems perpetually understaffed and there's a high turnover of pharmacy techs. That means they try hard, and they generally get you what you need, but only after a lot of "fits and starts" and usually with the pharmacist having to step in and help train (or do refresher training?) for the pharmacy techs. Every time we go to pay for prescriptions I have to ask them if they have "run it through both of our insurances (we're lucky to have two: a primary and a secondary insurance) and over 50% of the time when we ask them we find out they've only run it through the primary. This is a training issue. If they had proper staffing they could devote more time to properly training the techs. Maybe they wouldn't quit so soon. read more

Walgreens on Sudley Manor Dr. is the worst ! The staff and pharmacist are terrible. You call to check to see when a script will be ready they tell you 1:00 so you say OK i'll be there around 1:30 - you show up and it's not ready and they look at you like you are rushing them. So the tech ask the pharmacist when and she snaps and says 20 min ! So I wait the 20 more mins only to have to go back to the window and get snapped at again ! I hate this pharmacist she seems very unhappy in her job ! read more

Great location. Went here many many months ago when it first opened. Not many customers in the store. I was with my mom and we were using some coupons that we received in the mail. The store looked promising. Now that I drive by it everyday coming home from work I see it is getting busier and busier. It's in a good location and there is ample amounts of parking. read more

Cashier by the name Daisy rung me up then voided my whole transaction for whatever reason so then the coupon I had clipped on my app also got voided. Since my total was higher than what was shown previously, I told her I did not want to buy but then I would lose the $7 voucher I had because she had scanned that too. Ended up paying more for my stuff tonight because if I decided to leave, I would have lost $9 for nothing. No apologies given. She simply said, so what you wanna do about it? read more

I'm only deducting a point because the parking arrangement is so horrible, otherwise I haven't had any issues w/ the store. They always have sales which is great for my fellow couponers. I never have to wait too long when I go inside to pick medication, but there MAY be a wait in the drive-thru, I've never seen more than 2 cars in line though. It's never packed and I'm always in and out. What I will say is, if u don't pick up your medication when it's ready after about a week they'll restock it. It's also a little annoying that they keep calling & emailing u about it. I suppose it's useful for the forgetful, but I use my reminder app. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I was there with my thirteen year old and noticed an employee following her. He was an older man who may have been the manager because as I got closer to them he was telling an employee to "watch her for shoplifting". He was not at all discreet as he said it loudly that anyone could hear especially my daughter who was right in from of him. What he did not realize is that I was her mother and she was not alone nor unsupervised and furthermore she does not shoplift. How racist of him to assume that an African American teen would be shoplifting. When I call back to get his name because I am addressing this with the corporate office the staff would only say "Joel" is the managers name but he was out of the store. They them proceeded to transfer me to other people who did not answer then hung up on me. read more

I go here for my prescription and sometimes I find good deals on makeup and hair products.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for years and just in the last several months I noticed that the pharmacy has really gone downhill in service. Every time I refill a prescription through their app it seems to take forever to get it filled. Days. Today I needed a script my doc sent in the morning as I was sick and my app said it would be ready at 1:18 pm. It wasn't. I called at 5:00 pm and they said it would be 15 minutes. It wasn't ready. By 6:00 pm I had tried to call again and would be constantly put on hold. My husband went over there to try to get it and said the place was mobbed with customers and very little staff. He asked them if they were short-staffed and the tech said yes, people keep quitting. Obviously, Walgreens has a problem with keeping employees. Perhaps they aren't paid enough and made to work insane hours and a toxic work environment. Get your act together Walgreens. My question is why is the pharmacist so damn slow in filling prescriptions? I don't blame the techs. I've been there in the middle of the day and there would be no one there so it's not like they're swamped then that the pharmacist can't fill a prescription called in. I understand it being busy during rush hour and people coming home from work and picking up prescriptions, but they had all day to fill it! There must be something going on there that people keep quitting. This is a major accident waiting to happen. Get the message Walgreens or you'll lose a long-time customer. read more

It's brand new. It's huge. It's beautiful. Aisle upon aisle of Advil, 5-Star notebooks, mascara and cereal! I have a feeling I might have been the first customer ever. Early in the morn on opening day I was greeted by about six people inside; a guy was still hanging up the "Now Open" sign out front. Maybe I should have given it more time, tested it out a little more, but everyone inside was so darn friendly that I figured, what the hey, 5 stars. The pharmacist knew exactly where to direct me when I asked for an OTC med. She even walked me over and suggested one that used the same active ingredient that you find in the prescription version. Very impressive, considering I've probably never had a pharmacist even make eye contact with me. Sorry CVS, something bigger, friendlier, shinier and closer has come along! read more

This Walgreens is exceptional! They provide compounding services which are not readily available at every pharmacy. I have been using this pharmacy for the past three years and their service is always quick and friendly. In addition, they reach out to doctors offices and when required sometimes more than once. Yes it is a big shiny new franchise pharmacy but it feels like talking to my neighborhood pharmacist. read more

Everyone is so friendly, Ed the pharmacist even remembers our name. Love the drive up service.

Hmmm. I'd recommend staying FAR far away from this store if you want to shop in peace. The makeup counter employee stalks you to try to get you to buy what she wants you to buy. And she gets pretty ticked if you decline. Creepy much? read more

Do not get your photos printed here! Made an online order for same day pick up and wouldn't you know nothing was ready or had even been started for that matter. When I spoke to the manager she did not seem to want to help/accommodate us in regards to the order being late. While I eventually got my photos I was really disappointed in the lack of customer service especially from a manager. Next time I'll shop online or go to Walmart instead. read more
