I sent my prescription there and received a message that it was back order, that they could only give me half of the pills, I said okay. The pharmacies told me, we are going to order more and let you know (that was 4/1. I finished the 15 pills that they gave me and never received a notification for the rest. A month later 5/1 I went to ask and pharmacy asked me "if I need this medication" I responded "of course, that is why it was prescribed, she tells me that it will be ready my Monday. Monday came and never received a notification. I switched the prescription to Walmart and in the same day, they told me the medication was ready. Walgreens never call me to give an update on the "back order" medicine. I am changing all my medication to Walmart. Walgreens corporate need to do a better job training these "professionals" Horrible customer service !!!!!!!

This is in my experience an ongoing problem, and one that needs to be fixed. I called the other day to communicate the seriousness of the problem. . I first called my doctor to ensure that the prescriptions had been sent. They confirmed and told me something is wrong at the CVS Shoppes Lane in system that receives prescriptions. I called CVS and they thought it was amusing. They told me their fax machine was done and they did not know when it would be back in service. They are one step away from losing me as a customer.

They also didn't accept cash. I ended up unable to pay for anything I'd bought despite having digital credit cards and cash, and they had no interest in resolving the problem. I asked if there was someone they could speak to who could provide a solution and they said there was no one else. Tried to be patient because this isn't their fault, but if the app is not functioning the way it should then there should be someone it can be reported to, like an IT person or development team. They said they had no idea if Walmart even had such a team or department, and that also the app was fine, it was probably that both payment methods I tried (from different companies) were having problems at the same time. I told them that this prevented me from shopping at Walmart ever because they didn't have a functional payment method I could use and they just shrugged again.
