I went to their site and saw a beautiful arrangement "Sleek Romance"; roses, carnations, baby breath, and one flower I do not know of but the colors were peach and red with sprinkles of white and I knew the family member it was going to would love it. After taxes it came up to $101.00 which is about average for an arrangement of that kind. I immediately received an email after placing my order that it had been received. Also, in that same email was in fine print that they service 200 zip codes in the DMV area, so I knew afterwards that my order could potentially be cancelled. It was not cancelled, it was in fact transferred to another florists nearer NJ who did their own design (not at all the same arrangement but close) and also selected a date outside of my chosen date. The arrangement was delivered the day before Valentine's Day and not of and this bothered me because the florists assured Open Blooms it would be delivered today. I would give them another try because they are a family-owned business and they are local to the DMV. I'd also do my own due diligence of cancelling my own order before having them find another florist to arrange and deliver my order.

So I chose the FullBloom shop. The order process was easy and quick and they had an option for next-day delivery. I ordered Tulip Large - a $120 bouquet. The next day, I tried to check the order status but, I wasn't able to reach them over the phone, they are just not picking it up. Option - voicemail or Email. I left a message via voicemail and was waiting for a callback. Nobody called me back, and at this point, I became a little nervous. After an unsuccessful attempt to reach them for several hours, I send an E-mail then I received a reply, that order was delivered?! Unfortunately, the timing was not the best since my wife was home alone with our newborn baby. The bouquet is not as in the picture, poor made, flowers look tired (but seem fresh). I could have done a similar bouquet with flowers from Whole Foods if I put them in the vase. I send them an e-mail regarding my concern, but no reply as of now. I left a comment on their Instagram and they deleted it. Conclusion: Pros - Same Day delivery. Cons - No status tracking or client informing, no customer service, no option to contact over the phone. They delete comments on their Instagram page. Overpriced, poorly made bouquet.
