While in the area we stopped in for a couple of items... Walking in we noticed the really longggg line at the self checkout near the grocery area. We quickly picked up what we needed then walked past the other side's self checkout and noticed it was roped off and closed. There were only a few cash registers open and everything had very long lines. I saw managers and other walking around the checkout area, but no one was opening new registers. I don't typically shop at this Target - it's not the one closest to where I live. However, I attempted to order some items online - and those items were unavailable at my local Target. It was a short drive to this location - so I opted for curbside pickup. I pulled into one of the marked curbside pickup spots, cracked open the Target app on my iPhone, and let them know I was outside awaiting my order. Last minute run & with an overflowing basket the Cashier Abby rung me up pretty fast. I also got a helping hand from Justin, who pushed my cart & loaded everything into the Van. Now as far as the high need of Water & Hand Sanitizers, the shelves were empty...& for the latter, only the "6 per customer limit" signs were left. Amongst the quiet, customer chaos, the store was in good shape overall with a lot of employees on the floor re-stocking. Whenever employees hear you saying you don't know where something is they briskly walk the other way and pretend to be busy even when you're saying "excuse me!" trying to get their attention. Sad that this place has gone to hell in a hand basket since it first opened. I had a family member that worked here in 2012 and the standards have slipped so far you can't even see what they used to be. It's become a pain to shop here. This target likes to place items on the shelf before street date and then act like it's the guest's fault when they want to buy it. Twice in less than two weeks this has happened. The first time it was sworn that it wouldn't occur again and you guessed it, it did. The fact is, this is a breach of Funko's contract and also an annoyance to the customer when the first time you made an exception (only for me to later find out it's illegal to do so) and the second time you refused despite once again fully stocking the shelf with items not ready to be sold. I will be cooperating with Funko on letting them know that items were sold to me out of contract as I was unaware it was legally binding and simply wanted to purchase an item on the shelf for sale. The store is clean and well laid out. At first I was like whateva you seen one Target you seen them all. I don't know if this one is a newer store because it's so well laid out and clean. Target customer service is awful. I was out on hold and left on the phone for 9 minutes and 58 seconds and NO ONE picked up again. I called back and was left on the phone for 10 minutes and 45 seconds, again no one picked up. I was calling to check on the status of an order. No more Target for me for any reason. read more

New location. They're pretty big and clean (because they're new). They have a supermarket inside since it is a Super Target. I enjoy the location.. it's in a new shopping center. All the restaurants/stores in that location are nice and there is a lot of parking. read more

This Target is in a great rural location. It get's busy but it's rarely ever slammed. I like shopping here much better than any competitors. Nice mix of grocery and other consumer goods. It's clean, the aisles are always clear, it's laid out and organized well. They put prices on the products which helps alot. They have a great selection of quality merchandise. I espeically like that I get an automatic 5% discount using my Red Card. Plus when you purchase on-line you get free shipping. They have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut. read more

Clinic Review: I had an opportunity to visit the clinic inside the Super Target today. I typically go to the CVS MinuteClinic in Gainesville, but since this is closer to me, I opted to give it a try. This was a Sunday afternoon and I was the only patient. I was very pleased that they have 2 staff members working which moves things along very quickly. The patient rooms are very nice, well equipped and up-to-date and clean. There is a patient restroom right in the clinic (vs having to walk through the store to use the public restroom for your test). They spend the right amount of time with you and was given a general physical (heart, blood pressure, lungs, temperature). If you have your prescriptions filled on site, your prescription goes to the head of the line (although they did tell me I had to wait 15 minutes anyway). I was very happy with my services and will use this clinic again should I need it. read more

I've been to this Target so many times I've lost count. This particular store I like because it's usually not that crowded. I appreciate stores where I can shop in peace. I also like that I can pick up some grocery items while also shopping for clothes, house stuff, etc. I feel that it's comparable in prices with Walmart but better quality for sure. The sales floor at this Target is usually pretty clean and organized. It can get a little messy when they put out the clearance racks of clothes but other than that, they maintain the store pretty well. The bathrooms however is a different story. I prefer not to use public bathrooms but sometimes you can't help it. I've gone inside these bathrooms and it definitely looks like it only gets cleaned once a day. For a store this large, with many people shopping here, they need to be cleaning the bathrooms every couple of hours. This Target has a pretty good size for each department (clothing, electronics, toys, decor, grocery). I will say though that their plus size section could use some work. They definitely are lacking in options for curvier women. One of the other reasons why I'm giving this Target 3 stars is because they barley have any cashiers now. There's probably 2 cashiers checking people out during the day and good luck with finding more than one cashier at night. They have self checkout lanes but not everyone wants to use those. They really need to put more workers on the registers. I will continue going back to this Target because I mean, who doesn't love Target? It would just be a more pleasant experience if they fixed the issues mentioned. read more

One of the worst. While the store is nice new and shiny, and the sales floor staff is generally nice, the FRONT END is a NIGHTMARE. There is ALWAYS a line, and instead of what you'd expect from a target front end manager, calling for backup, they're more concerned with their red card numbers. The pharmacy is always out of at least one of our prescriptions, and leaving this store without some delay is impossible. The shopping experience is pleasant but the checkout process is a NIGHTMARE. Also if you have coupons TELL THEM ASAP. or the cashier will forget and instead of fixing it themselves like they're supposed to, they'll make you go wait in ANOTHER long line at guest service. Much easier to go to Gainesville next time! read more

Review for the clinic only. I came here because for some unknown reason the minute clinic at the CVS Bristow location was closed. I know my body. I know when I'm sick. I was sent home with no medication, only OTC advice. Followed the advice and feel much worse. I have a life to get back to and as a singer I don't have the time to "wait and see" when I need my voice back. The "wait and see" approach is for medical employees who don't know what you're sick with but just don't want to admit it while hoping it'll just go away on its own. What a joke. Waste of money. Next time I'll find a real doctor because anyone else would've prescribed me the medication I need. read more

An associate followed my boyfriend into the bathroom after he had made a purchase at the self-checkout because I guess he thought that my boyfriend had stolen something. It's one thing for you to notice a Loss Prevention associate a few times while you're shopping or for an associate to ask to see a receipt as you leave the store, but a cashier following a customer into the bathroom is unacceptable. We choose not to shop at Walmart although they are cheaper than Target because they lack customer service and tend to be abrasive toward their customers. Why would we continue to pay more to shop at Target if they are going to adopt the same type of attitude toward their customers? read more

I love this new super target. It is huge. There is so much more merchandise in this store than the store in Gainesville, or the icky Manassas mall location. The store is clean and well kept. The produce section was a little sketchy tonight. As was the cashier. He would not stop talking (and thinking he was being funny) and could tell I was being annoyed by him. I spoke to the manager about some open nuts spilled on the floor, my daughter has a severe nut allergy. She was very attentive and assured me that it would be properly cleaned up. I'm still mad at Target for not carrying Brawny paper towels anymore. That being said, we shop here at least once or twice a week due to location. This location is so much nicer than the Super Target a few miles away in Gainesville, that it is hard to believe. This one is well stocked, clean and not hectic. I will say that the east end of the store is somewhat strangely set up. Clothing, shoes, jewelry etc. are all isolated from where the regular shopper would normally tread. I do go down there sometimes, but it is only because I have something I'm looking for. I find that the produce is good here, and I really like the meat that Super Target carries. They have Hormel products, (Minnesota doncha know), that I like a lot. The steak and pork are consistently tasty. I don't buy all our groceries here however. I have certain things I will get here, (non perishables for the most part). Canned goods, pasta, cereal and snacks are always well priced. However some things, like beer and wine are overpriced at Super Target, and rarely on sale. You do have to shop around. read more

This review pertains to STORE PICKUP at this location. I hate to give a Target such a low rating but I'd give this ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered some products online, paid for them, and chose the store pickup option, which is supposed to be convenient and save you time. Boy, was I wrong! What an absolute WASTE OF TIME! I ended up spending ~30 minutes waiting around for two items I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE! I had ordered and paid for my items online the night before. I got an email confirming my items were ready for pickup so the next day I got to the location I chose to get my order. The girl at Guest Relations found my order in the computer but couldn't find the items in the back and spent some time back there, then back at the register, then in the back again, then finally asked me to stand on the side so she could help other people. Finally someone else went to get the items off the store floor and gave them to me. I mean it wouldn't be such a problem if I still needed to pay for the items but I had already paid online and received a confirmation the order was ready for pickup. Next time, I'll just get the darn items myself! I sent a complaint online explaining my experience and Target just said "sorry" and that they're doing their best to improve the site and customer experience. I really hope they do get their act together on this Store Pickup, because it would come in handy if you need to reserve a low-stock item or something. For now, I would stay away from Store Pickup unless you desperately need it. read more

Alriiiight. Let's dive in. This Target isn't bad. It is clean, and well organized. The employees are also friendly, and helpful. The deli's rotisserie and fried chicken is good, though a bit on the expensive side. The ready to eat sandwiches and salads they make fresh in the mornings are pretty tasty, too. The sushi, well. Its grocery store sushi. I didnt think it was good, it actually made me a little sick, so I'll be staying away from that area. I know the guy comes in every morning to make it fresh, but he leaves after he makes it. What you see is what he made that morning. Starbucks section, sometimes it's a hit or a miss. On one day itll be one of the best Starbucks drinks youve ever had, the next day it tastes like hot water. I wish there was a fresh meat & seafood counter, instead it all comes pre-packaged from outside facilities. Also, cashiers are pressured into asking you to sign up for Target's Red Card. Always. That part is definitely annoying and it brings down the natural flow of potential conversation between guest and team member. Overall: Not bad. Not my favorite place, though. read more

Clean and organized. It's considered a super Target, but I would avoid getting my fresh veggies and fruit from here. It's super overpriced. But I do like buying my meats and other dry goods here because of the cartwheel app I combine w/ manufacturer's coupons. Very clean and they also offer samples on the weekends. Be sure to bring in your reusable bags to save $0.05/bag used. Parking has never been a problem for me here and I've never seen stray carts wheeling around the lot. I've actually seen a make-up professional/consultant in the beauty section before too. They also offer samples on Saturdays. read more

2nd time I have gone in shopping early on a weekend. They have approximately 24 check stands and not 1 cashier, AGAIN. I have to ask twice and reiterate that I have a cart full of items. The store expects everyone to do their job by checking ourselves out, and not give a discount. I was informed their first cashier doesn't get there until 9 am (even though the store OPENS at 8.) When they bring someone out, they purposely keep their light off confusing upcoming customers, trying to deter them to self check out. Customer service here has gotten worse than Walmart. read more

Well, it's basically the same as a "regular" Target, but it has a "super" market inside, thus it's called a "Super" Target.Get it? Like any other Target, they are clean and well-organized, and they have a nice selection in the grocery part. I was surprised that they had less specialty meats and cheeses than the Wal-Mart on Liberia, but the deli does sell Prosciutto for $9.99 a pound, and it's pretty good prosciutto. My wife and I recently bought a table here for our deck, and when we set it up, we noticed it was bent. No hassles on the return - we were hoping to get a replacement but then saw that ALL of the remaining tables were bent, probably due to improper storage. We pointed this out to them and they were very apologetic and refunded us instead. There's little wonder that the Target at Manassas Mall closed - this one is "super" ... far superior in size and selection, and now the only choice Manassas has for Target. read more

Target is target, right? Wrong. This target has the best selection & is always so clean & organized. I am a book worm & I love their book section so, so much. Better deals than even being a member at Barnes & nobles. But why I'm really reviewing this is their deli selection. Their sushi is to die for. I am very picky but love the spicy California rolls from grocery stores & I will go out of my way to come here for just that. But the meats & cheese... Omg. My sister & I ONLY go here for deli meat & cheese. Plus the prices are seriously the best. It is the best meat I have ever had at a grocery store & im a sandwich girl at heart! We always end up spending way too much money but we come every two weeks at least to stock up on food, so that tells you that dropping at least a hundred dollars each trip for mostly things I don't need plus grocery is really worth it to us! & my sister is the pickiest of people when it comes to the deli. Plus every employee we've come into contact w is amazing. Oh, & we were driving out to Gainesville to that little wine boutique next to potbellys to get our moscato every month. This is by far my favorite Target I have been to in VA since moving here 4-5 years ago. Had to get a few items yesterday so I decided to go early. Only self checkout and ONE lane for regular checkout were open. I ended up going to the regular. Anyway, I'm guessing a woman was opening a card with the employee. It was taking a little bit but I'm patient so it didn't bother me. And having worked in retail I understood. When it was my turn to pay for my items the employee was great. Quick too. But when I asked just TWO questions the lady next to me in line was just agitated (already before that too) because she had to wait more. I just had two simple questions and the employee answered both. She had to call her supervisor to punch in her number for one thing also and so this set the customer next to me in line off even more and she had a HUGE sigh she did and then did another and grabbed her 5-6 little tiny items and threw them back in her cart and stormed off toward the restroom area....let's just say...I'm pretty sure she left because I didn't see her a min after that when she put her cart to the side and I was already heading out of the store(a min later not joking haha). Any who, I just waited for the supervisor to put her number in for one thing like I said (it only took her maybe 30 seconds to get to the checkout lane to do so). Paid for my items and then left. The other two or three people in line were not frustrated at all like the one lady was who stormed off. I really do hope though that the employee had a great day since she had to deal with a person already frustrated and pissy. To everyone, just be patient. The ONLY reason I am giving four stars out of five is because there was only one lane open. Maybe two in the morning open is best. That way everyone can be happy and if it's not too busy just have the employee kind of tidy up or maybe do something else. Or if there is one open and the line is big open another lane. There's always a solution to everything. And having been a retail worker basically my entire life up until a few months ago I can tell you it works. You cannot believe the The problem is this clinic has. I have spent countless hours trying to pay a bill. They told me it was covered by my insurance, later I received a bill, Called and waited on line to pay the bill for over an hour and a half. I've called the corporate offices, and after three attempts they just keep putting me back into the queue to wait to wait I just received a letter from a collection agency, Immediately called them, they told me they couldn't get the payment I had to go back to, clinic's phone number. Are you kidding me? This is a question of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Period I advice any potential client to go to a other venue if you're searching for medical treatment. What a joke, and a waste of time read more
