I informed him that I am highly allergic to marijuana exposure (throat tightening, facial and eye burning), and he confirmed he had smoked before entering my home. Because of this, I asked him to leave for health and safety reasons. He did apologize. I want to be clear that the company itself handled my complaint extremely well. They were apologetic, took the situation seriously, credited my delivery, and promptly sent a second technician who was clean, professional, and respectful. This review reflects a poor hiring or screening decision--not the company's response, which was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they corrected the situation. During our recent stay, his motorized scooter stopped working, and we found ourselves in a tough situation. Being far from home, it was imperative for him to maintain mobility, especially since we needed to have the scooter serviced. Unfortunately, it was impossible to have it serviced after 6 PM because the necessary part wasn't readily available and had to be ordered. When I called Medical House, Darrius answered and went above and beyond to assist us. He remained on the phone after closing hours to explain everything clearly regarding the rental of a motorized wheelchair scooter. Thanks to his help, we were able to work it out and pick up the motorized wheelchair we rented for a month at a very reasonable price. What truly sets Medical House apart is the genuine care they demonstrate. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase; it felt clear that they are dedicated to helping people rather than just making a sale. With the price of $6000,00, I demand to get all the the ATTO original accessories, the armrests for safety, phone holder, pouch to put the battery charger, backpack, under-seat bag and a travel cover. I want them to send me all those ASAP! In the beginning I saw on google that another company has different accessories not the original accessories that they also provide phone holder, flag, stickers and many other stuff. I asked them where those stuff were. They said they're not included. Until I found out they overcharge my company. I didn't know that they charged double until I receive the printout of all the charges sent to my workers comp insurance. With the price they charged the insurance company, I should get all the original ATTO SPORT ACCESSORIES! Also, they sent me a defective one. One of the handle is hard to pull out. They also try to send me the incorrect scooter... the regular white one without the lites, when I had requested the ATTO SPORT that comes with headlights for safety, not knowing that they didn't put the armrests. They sent the regular one without lites thinking to get away with it, and charging my company for the one with lites. Another error is, I asked for a red cushion and I get a blue cushion. It took them several months to get the scooter for me. I needed it when I had to flew to SoCal from NorCal for surgery. It didn't get here after I got back to NorCal after surgery and and rehab. It took them several months to get the item to me. So I called CONSERVE CARE to get those stuff and they said they have to call them. Conserve Care is another one to watch out for. They don't have the goods but have ATF MEDICAL to get them, that's why there's additional cost. TOO MANY ERRORS. They're FRAUD, CHEATERS, LIARS! BEWARE! ****WATCH OUT FOR THEIR DISHONESTY!
