    2 total people waiting in line at pharmacy and they can't handle it. They Shut down and told to wait because they are too busy.‍

    Pharmacy does not answer calls and when they do pick up a call after being on hold for 10 minutes, they hang up. Really?!

    Doors were locked at 6 when they close at 10. At least post a warning or something. This CVS i don't recommend at all.

    An average Walgreens. There's definitely not enough staff working to help the store and pharmacy…read more However they have a decent amount of inventory and products to choose from and the store is very organized. The pharmacy is very busy and there's usually only one pharmacist handling everything. The technicians are very well trained and helpful to customers. I'm not sure why people are writing about the phones not being answered as it's picked up almost immediately when someone calls them. Just be patient and expect at least some type of wait time.

    I tried to ship/return a shoe box order from a retailer store who sells running shoes…read more I had shipping label printed out, but Walgreens would not tape it. They told me they would not do that service for free. I needed to buy white scotch packing tape and since they had a sale for 50% off second one I ended up buying two. So total cost was 8$ for me out of pocket for tape. I wish I had known that Walgreens won't tape shipping labels for you that you print out. It's a terrible experience, in my opinion. Why do I have to waste 5 min to buy tape and then another 3 min to tape the label to the box myself -- because I have to make sure to tape the top of box lid down, so shoes won't fall out. Terrible customer service. And then I saw the counter guy printing out fedex label for the guy next to me who was returning another box. Wow, why does Walgreens print out sticky shipping labels for some but not for me. Total bummer. Horrible Walgreens location, I've had pretty spotty service from them in past. On top of that they have the gall to charge me for tape for a simple return with FedEx. Well, just not liking this Walgreens or the way they treat customers, is all. Literally made me waste over 10 min in a simple FedEx return process for a shoe box. Holy cow!

    I have visited this CVS location a few times. I've really interacted with a few employees who were…read morenice and helpful, but they didn't seem to know where certain items are located. The store itself is fairly large. I don't think have actually walked around the store to check out the aisles and sales. I mostly spent time in the toothpaste/toothbrush aisle to pick up the items for which I was placing the mobile order. This time I checked out the travel size items and was impressed to see they have a lot of newer brands. They also sell other brands in full size such as Clinique... then there were Arabian perfums/scents. There is plenty of parking available, If I do return, I'll be sure to check out the aisles, maybe buy some perfume and look at holiday items!

Rang it up on another counter and said its system error and they can't sell it to me. They told me to go to Harris Teeter. I asked them to tell me what is the system error. They said it's a system error and told me to leave or they would call the police I went to Harris Teeter. They said there is a block on my purchase and gave me a print out with transaction ID and a website. I logged on the website and it showed that cvs had dispensing Sudafed to me 15 minutes ago They never did. I called CVS headquarters and complained. They assured me that they would look into it The staff at this cvs store is nasty and they are very disrespectful and rude. Their attitude is extremely unhelpful. I would avoid this cvs store

However seniors if you see an increase with meds, have it checked with your insurance company. I was being overcharged for two medications, so I called my insurance company. I had called the pharmacy first and they stuck by the price and said I had a price increase. I called the insurance company and the one med still had a zero cost and the other was overcharged by $4.03. It's not a lot of money, but when you add up $9.93 or more here and there, from many people, it can add up to a lot of extra money for Wegmans. This isn't the first time that this has happened to my husband and me. Many seniors don't question their bill amount and they just pay it. I'm not trying to put Wegmans down, I just want to make people aware, not only seniors to ask if the pricing doesn't seem right. Call your insurance company if you have already paid for the meds, to get a refund of the difference. Don't be afraid to speak up. It's your money that you're saving.

    I went to this Walgreens to pick up a new prescription from my doctor and to refill my blood…read morepressure medication. When I arrived, I greeted a young man at the counter and explained that my doctor had sent in a new prescription yesterday, and that I also needed to refill my blood pressure medication since I had completely run out. He checked the computer and told me there was no new prescription on file, and that my blood pressure medication required a new prescription from my doctor. I politely asked if it would be possible to get a couple of pills to hold me over until the doctor sent the new prescription, as I had none left. He replied, "Okay, wait a moment, I'll be right back," and went to speak with a lady behind the counter. The lady then came to me and asked, "How can I help you?" I explained the same situation that I had a new prescription from yesterday and needed a refill for my blood pressure medication. She checked the computer and said she would send a request to my doctor for a new prescription. I then repeated that I had completely run out of my medication and asked if I could have a couple of pills to hold me over. Her response was, "I'm not giving you anything," and she added that there was no new prescription on file for me. She also mentioned that if there were a prescription from any Walgreens location, it would appear in their system. At that point, I showed her my phone, where the new prescription was clearly listed. She looked again and said, "You do have a new prescription, but it's a cream, and it has already been picked up." I told her that couldn't be correct, since I had just received that prescription yesterday. She checked again and said, "Okay, I'll get your new prescription ready. Give me a minute." I kindly repeated my request for a couple of pills until my new prescription was ready. She finally agreed to give me two pills, which I appreciated. However, my concern is the tone and manner in which she spoke to me . it came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I still wonder what the young man told her before she came to speak with me. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and respectful because I understand how important good communication and patience are in customer service. Still, I left feeling disappointed by how I was treated. I also work in customer service, and I know how challenging it can be, but kindness and professionalism make a big difference. I believe Walgreens should continue reviewing and reinforcing customer service standards with employees. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has experienced this kind of behavior, and it's important for the company to address it.
