However, they would never process the remaining balance through the secondary insurance. Finally, when I retired, I paid more attention to this issue. I confronted them so many times about pursuing the secondary coverage. I complained to their corporate office, but no change. Finally, I had it out with the pharmacist. I caught her in a lie. She claimed she called it in but no one returned her called. My secondary is covered by 911, and they are very responsive, especially to doctors and pharmacists. They never have to call you back. They help each caller during a call. I told the pharmacist this. When I went back, she refused to fill any prescriptions from me. I complained to corporate and other governing entities. Then, I switched to One Hanson, on old bridge in lake Ridge and never experienced any problems with getting my secondary coverage to this day, July 31, 2023.

This Pharmacy will send you a text message saying your medicine is ready for pick up, only for you to drive 30 minutes there in them say they need to order it and it should be in one to two weeks. Then when you go back, they tell you they're working on it and they lead you in limbo to wait from anywhere from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. The staff is incompetent, slow, and laissez-faire regarding your medication wait times or customer experience. Like I said I have and will continue to pay astronomical co-pays to not go to this pharmacy. It's so bad in fact I almost want to invite people to go to it so we can have something in common about how much we dislike this Pharmacy. The "scan and go" option here is not very useful. They don't have separate lines for the "scan and go" and you have to go to self-checkout area. You don't have to get in line, but you have to find the Walmart employee in charge of the self-checkout area so they can direct you to a self-checkout register to use.
