This situation is unacceptable. Recently, I was told to just wait. When I checked online after calling, I found that if I needed the medication sooner than the next day, I could press a button--something I did, since I've already waited longer than the promised time. Surprisingly, my order was then canceled! Why cancel? I have a valid prescription, and they assured me they ordered it at least two weeks ago. I need to speak with a manager. All of the associates I dealt with were wonderful. I went over to the auto section to ask for help. One of the guys mentioned that he was about to go on break & to meet him out front shortly. He brought out some gizmo to try to jump my car. It was this small unit. We tried a few times but it didn't work. The shelves all looked full. Plenty of associates to ask for help and restocking the shelves. Plenty of product to choose from. The store was clean and lines at the open registers more than a couple times when I was in. Like I said. I was in & out of the store many times that day. They have a McDonald's inside and they were kind enough to let me use their outlet to plug my phone in to charge it back up. So I bought a couple of burgers & fries and gave it to someone in line. I don't eat food from here.

The bakery offers fresh bread and baked goods, and the seafood section has a good selection of fresh fish and shellfish. The hot bar has a variety of prepared meals, and there is a seating area to enjoy your food. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. They also have Military Mondays, offering 10% off for military personnel, which is a nice benefit. Overall, Shoppers Food Warehouse in Stafford is a clean, well-stocked store with friendly staff. (I find chains drugstores wait times are too long, the mistakes are too many and they do not often carry a wide variety of scripts.) My Doctor recommended Stafford Pharmacy that Dr. Kobe Boakye owns and operates. He is the kindest gentleman! He had my medicine in stock, was able to process my insurance quickly and fill my script. Dr. Boakye is clearly a seasoned pro; he explained my medication instructions, availed himself to questions and assured me the current medications I am taking would not negatively interact with the script he filled for me. Stafford Pharmacy is unique from chain drug stores in a number of positive ways. It carries specialty items and offers specialty services that include: delivery, medical equipment, compounding and an assortment of over the counter meds as well as herbal supplements. Instead of my transaction being processed by a teenager, or even a Pharmacist, a Pharmacologist tended to me and the customer service was excellent! In fact, I forgot my insurance card and Dr. Boakye called me himself and offered to drop it in the mail. If you find the wait at Giant or CVS obnoxious and would feel more confident with a gentleman that holds a PhD in Pharmacology...Dr. Boakye and Stafford Pharmacy will become your trusted, primary provider.
