This situation is unacceptable. Recently, I was told to just wait. When I checked online after calling, I found that if I needed the medication sooner than the next day, I could press a button--something I did, since I've already waited longer than the promised time. Surprisingly, my order was then canceled! Why cancel? I have a valid prescription, and they assured me they ordered it at least two weeks ago. I need to speak with a manager. I've been a long-time customer of this CVS, but their service is terrible, and their dishonesty is frustrating.

Turns out the associate was down one of the isles, had ear buds in and likely did not hear me at the counter. When he arrived he seemed very confused and was only able to find 2 packs of my developed film. My Doctor recommended Stafford Pharmacy that Dr. Kobe Boakye owns and operates. He is the kindest gentleman! He had my medicine in stock, was able to process my insurance quickly and fill my script. Dr. Boakye is clearly a seasoned pro; he explained my medication instructions, availed himself to questions and assured me the current medications I am taking would not negatively interact with the script he filled for me. Stafford Pharmacy is unique from chain drug stores in a number of positive ways. It carries specialty items and offers specialty services that include: delivery, medical equipment, compounding and an assortment of over the counter meds as well as herbal supplements. Instead of my transaction being processed by a teenager, or even a Pharmacist, a Pharmacologist tended to me and the customer service was excellent! In fact, I forgot my insurance card and Dr. Boakye called me himself and offered to drop it in the mail. If you find the wait at Giant or CVS obnoxious and would feel more confident with a gentleman that holds a PhD in Pharmacology...Dr. Boakye and Stafford Pharmacy will become your trusted, primary provider.

The bakery offers fresh bread and baked goods, and the seafood section has a good selection of fresh fish and shellfish. The hot bar has a variety of prepared meals, and there is a seating area to enjoy your food. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. They also have Military Mondays, offering 10% off for military personnel, which is a nice benefit. Overall, Shoppers Food Warehouse in Stafford is a clean, well-stocked store with friendly staff. Never take your car to the Auto Service Center! So I had a flat tire. Aired it up and limped there…read morefrom the house. Checked the car in. They said it would be an hour. I shop around the store. 2 hours pass. I check on the car and my key is laying on the counter. I ask if the car is done. Yes. Can't find the paperwork. Reprimanded paperwork. It says 'cancelled' The guy says oh it was fixed, the new guys in the shop don't know how to do paperwork. Sketchy. So I drive away. TPS says drive a few miles before the pressures show. Pressures are the same. Go back to Walmart. He assures me it is done. I told him I used a separate tire gauge to verify and clear it was not. Then he goes to get the tech. The tech says, no we didn't do your car. It has to go to the dealer or it will 'blow up'. I asked him to explain how? He said if all 4 tires come off the ground a MB deploys all airbags. I know long story short, the head mechanic (maybe that isn't the word for it) is not very bright.
