THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR THE DRIVE-THRU COVID-19 TESTING!!! I have been trying to get tested…read morefor a few days just for my knowledge and peace of mind. Every where I went I kept meeting roadblocks. I went online through Walgreens.com and the whole process was quick and simple. Input your info, find a nearby location, and schedule your appointment. Nothing hidden, unlike that OTHER pharmacy, rhymes with BDS! Day of test, pulled into drive thru and the clerk/pharmacist came up and walked me through the whole self-test process. After verifying my info, I received 2 packets (one with test result info, the other with test equipment). From the comfort of my vehicle, I swabbed my nostrils and submitted my sample in the adjacent Lab Corp box and was on my way. The whole process lasted 12 minutes from pull up to pull off! Thank you, Walgreens, for your assistance. Let's hope & pray for negative results!! I did not get the name of the young man assisting me but he was thoroughly professional! THANKS!!!

No go over to the fitting rooms I'm told. No one is at the fitting rooms, I walk around for anyone- find someone with the "happy to help" blue vest, nope she can't help, can't call anyone; go to a 3rd person, nope she talks to the 4th person- she gives me the "I'll find someone" well thankfully she did, she came back and opened the glass doors and I was able to get the underwear I was looking for. Walmart you need to empower your employees walking the floor around sections that have locked up merchandise to be able to access the merchandise - it shouldn't take 4 people to get help, and that 4th person came back with a phone to unlock the glass via RFID app. Then! For whatever reason my card chip doesn't work straight away and it takes 5 tries and 2 different cards to be able to work, I know full well my tap feature works fine, I don't know why my chip struggles but I hate it when I'm at Walmart and their card readers don't have tap to pay :( like I said, bad experience
