I received 2 referrals to companies so that I could get fitted for a mask and paired up with the right machine. One of the companies was located in Alexandria and the other was Lincare in Warrenton, VA. I talked with both companies on the phone, and immediately, started to feel comfortable with this location of Lincare. I set up an appointment so I could go through the process of getting my CPAP machine and mask. When I arrived for my appointment, I was paired up with their resperatory therapist. She provided demonstrations of many of the available masks and machines. My one-on-one appointment lasted over an hour. However, I was very comfortable with the patience provided me to ensure I had the right equipment and felt comfortable with using it, adjusting it, etc. I later learned from a neighbor, who's brother-in-law went to the "other place" in Alexandria for his mask and machine. He was set up with an appointment - and there were about 40 other people in the same appointment. Getting fitted for a CPAP mask and machine is not something I'd like to do on a mass scale. I can really appreciate the one-on-one appointments that Lincare offers. Very professional!!!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service we received from Medical House,…read moreAndrew, and Darrius. My partner and I frequently visit the northern Virginia Falls Church area about once or twice a month. During our recent stay, his motorized scooter stopped working, and we found ourselves in a tough situation. Being far from home, it was imperative for him to maintain mobility, especially since we needed to have the scooter serviced. Unfortunately, it was impossible to have it serviced after 6 PM because the necessary part wasn't readily available and had to be ordered. When I called Medical House, Darrius answered and went above and beyond to assist us. He remained on the phone after closing hours to explain everything clearly regarding the rental of a motorized wheelchair scooter. Thanks to his help, we were able to work it out and pick up the motorized wheelchair we rented for a month at a very reasonable price. What truly sets Medical House apart is the genuine care they demonstrate. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase; it felt clear that they are dedicated to helping people rather than just making a sale. As a small business, their commitment to customer service is commendable, and I'm thrilled to support them. My partner is a disabled veteran, and it means a lot to find a business that truly understands and caters to our needs. Thank you once again, Andrew and Darrius! I sincerely hope Medical House continues to thrive for many years to come.

His clothing was also unprofessional. I informed him that I am highly allergic to marijuana exposure (throat tightening, facial and eye burning), and he confirmed he had smoked before entering my home. Because of this, I asked him to leave for health and safety reasons. He did apologize. I want to be clear that the company itself handled my complaint extremely well. They were apologetic, took the situation seriously, credited my delivery, and promptly sent a second technician who was clean, professional, and respectful. This review reflects a poor hiring or screening decision--not the company's response, which was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they corrected the situation. Furthermore, the hospital bed served its purposes and was delivered within 2 days of ordering.

I wasn't greeted by either one of the older female associates working that day, but noticed one of them staring while I sorted through the scrubs racks. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.
