I purchased designer products as well. Now, well there is so much plastic and 2nd quality items I can no longer buy online. I have to go into the store check the items quality, stitching, materials and try on several pairs if it will fit since sizes do not mean the sizing anymore. Such variations is a bit frustrating. Especially since prices are not great discounts anymore. Sometimes running to Tory Burch outlet is a better deal than the plastic knock offs K&k in dsw. But for a fix I can grab a berk or a cork Jessica in a pinch. Love ya, just wishing for the old days or getting 5-10 shoes delivered & they all fit

The package was opened as I had tried one on, but I never wore them. They told me I could not return them as the package had been opened, so after I left I checked their policy online, and you can in fact return open packages of socks, as long as they do not show signs of wear and you have the original opened packaging. So I went right back in and returned them.

They have a nice selection of shoes from sneakers, to sandals, all the way to orthotics. They have a large range of sizes and measured my feet to ensure I had the right size. The shoes are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Trust me, it's worth it! Spend the money! The service unfortunately left something to be desired. It took a long time to even be greeted by the salesperson. When the gentlemen did help, there was a major difference in how I was serviced versus the previous client. I felt like my presence was annoying despite knowing exactly what I wanted. When you plan on spending $200 on shoes, service matters. The overall goal was accomplished, I received a quality shoe. I can't say I left with the warm and fuzzies, but maybe it was an off day.

Great selection, but man it can be a lot! Typically I walk in, go through all the rows and come out with nothing. Or I spend a lot of time on the website and purchase nothing. But I had gift cards to burn and it was the end of the year with 50% already reduced items. And I needed shoes! I actually did really well. I went for comfort this time and purchased two pairs of Clark's and another comfy Euro dress shoe. Service was really good. The salespeople working and tidying up, each asked if I was finding everything ok, or they told me about the 50% off clearance sale. Nice store, organized, and the people working there actually spoke to their customers! I will return.

I love the rewards program, the birthday dollars, the free shipping, the clearance items, the ease of use with the on-line app, the sizes and colors, the prompt service, etc. But I keep coming back because I know they'll always work with me when I make a purchase and change my mind. They are not cheap by any stretch, but I felt like they were great quality, insoles and recovery slides. Definitely something that my son needs as an athlete...and I feel like the cost was worth it! This location is less than a mile from my house, very convenient and has plenty of parking available even on weekends. Even though this is not my fav Nordstrom Rack, (San Marcos, Ca. location has better shoe selection) I found my best deals here by far. Im super petite and tiny everywhere. I wear either a size 00, 0, XXS or XS depending on brand and fit in a size 4 or 4.5 shoes. Being tiny, it's hard to shop for clothes that fits me perfect outside of kids section. I find that I either pay full retail price or get really lucky with highly discounted odd size shoes or clothing regardless of the store I go to. So when I need a wardrobe update, I'll spend hours at NR and comb through the racks carefully if I want to find really high end brand name pieces for super low prices. Last time I went looking for a dress to wear to my brothers wedding in July, I found a super pretty floral dress for NOTHING!!! Original price was 172 on sale for 20 and I had a 40 dollar note sitting in my rewards account, so I paid zero for it... score!!! I've also gotten a blouse for a penny lol... say wha??? How is that even possible? Best deals to date: - Stuart Weiztman riding boots: paid 10.00 original price was 410.00 - Stuart Weiztman kitten heels suepump: paid 17.00 original price 199.00 - Ted Baker pink cocktail dress: 99.72 original price 1695.00 Above are just my fav buys, I've gotten really awesome finds and some of my fav treasured pieces at this store. Brands I love that I often find in this location are Stella McCarthy, SW Nudistsong (I have 4 pairs of different colors), Theory, Ted Baker, Bailey 44, lots and lots of Splendid, Via Spiga, Reformation and Badgley and Mischka shoes. Go in the morning during a weekday when everything is put away neatly. It's easier to comb through the racks when all's in order.
