I've had consistently frustrating experiences with this shop. There are no clear prices listed on most items, and every time I went in, I was charged something different for the exact same products. It creates a feeling that pricing is arbitrary and depends on who's behind the counter. Customer service was also a big issue. Staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which is a big reason I stopped going there altogether months ago. What pushed this from frustrating to alarming is that I recently had an unauthorized charge on my card from this location, despite not having been there in a long time. I've reported it to my bank and am treating it as fraud. Between the inconsistent pricing, poor service, and now a serious issue with my card, I would strongly recommend others be cautious when shopping here. read more

Selection is great! But they price gouge bad! They wanted 25 more dollars than online! Then when I told the clerk I did not want the device after he had to call some random guy for the price (very unprofessional) he had a nasty attitude with me because I told him they were overcharging. Not going back again ever! I paid more for a regular ooze 510 battery than ANYWHERE ELSE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I should have listened to the reviews and stayed away. I went in a few weeks ago to buy a battery and some carts. The clerk was very helpful, and I was pretty happy with the service. When I got home, the battery didn't work so I went back to return it. The clerk gave me a card for store credit. A little odd, but I was happy they made it right and walked away impressed. Fast forward to today, and I went in to purchase a couple carts. I presented the card to apply the credit, and the lady told me that she wouldn't honor it because the clerk didn't work there anymore. She told me I should have come sooner, but there was no expiration on date on the card I was given. I was about to pay the full price, and I asked when the manager would be in so I could talk to them. She said she was the manager, but repeated there was nothing she could do because the staffer didn't work there anymore. The manager is either a terrible manager, a liar, or a scam artist. Large selection of a whole bunch of things from glassware to vape mods to ejuice and tobacco. The problem I had with this shop is that when I came in looking for replacement Kangertech coils for my old vape pen they sold me counterfeit coils. If you are looking for a place to buy a hookah or get sisha or loose, cut tobacco then sure this place is probably as good as any, but if you vape this place is not reliable in my eyes. In the picture I have attached you can see the counterfeit coils I bought at Tobacco Hut compared to authentic Kangertech coils I bought at another shop the next day. Vapers - do your homework before buying and always beware of clones and knock-offs, but also use common sense and buy your vape supplies at a dedicated vape shop. read more

I was impressed with the cigar selection the moment I walked through the doors. They have a HUGE humidor room filled with exotic and, I'll admit, somewhat pricey cigars. But the quality of the cigars are in most cases worth the price, and I've made it a habit to pick up one or two new ones every time I visit just so I can try them all. I'm not into the other paraphernalia they sell for vaping and such, but they do have a large collection of that stuff as well. Overall great business, and I've never had to wait in line. read more
