I just finished about two weeks ago as my knee replacement has had issues to say the least. I've worked with all the therapists and they are all awesome! Before my surgery Anna & Brittany did the dry needling to stimulate the atrophied muscles around my knee and Jeff discovered that while no two legs are exactly the same length, the doctor made mine a bit too long and suggested lifts for my right foot. Doing this has cut down on the massive back pain that I had from walking like a pirate. My knee replacement has been a failure but they did everything under the sun to help me. I would recommend them to everyone. I'll be going back if I ever decide that I want to risk getting my right knee.

I unfortunately have had several surgeries and I was so fortunate to have found Elite Sports…read moreMedicine. I have been with several PT groups before them and I felt the care was cookie cutter. Knee injury? here are the set of exercises other PT groups will prescribe not targeting the exercises to how you are doing and your specific weaknesses. At Elite they treat each person like an individual and tailor your treatment to how you are responding and they always ask what is aggravating you on that particular day. Often you may come on with a specific pain like your back and they will recognize that it's actually your hip that is causing your back pain and you leave feeling better. They all work as a team so if you are with Anna one day and the next time Jeff you aren't starting over because their care overlaps and the communication between them has occurred before you even get there. I can't say enough, how impressed I have been with their knowledge base and caring for each patients recovery and success. I noticed the review from Dawn and she can't be more off base and I'm sorry she gave them a low star review because they literally have helped me get my life back after numerous surgeries. It is always a positive, pleasant place to go where everyone knows who you are and acknowledges you immediately. One of the reasons I chose them was they are privately owned so you don't become a number in the corporate machine mentality where they don't really care about your recovery or get to know who you are. You can't go wrong with Elite Sports Medicine and physical therapy. I would like to stop needing them but as long as I do I'm glad I have them as part of my care team.

It took them more then a week every time. The first time I went there it was fine. They called me a couple days when the medicine was ready. After the 2nd and 3rd refills it went down hill after that. What I don't understand is that they had updated my phone number already the first time so I'm not sure why the manager (she sucks). She was the one with the southern accent. You can't miss her accent and her son work there too. When I went today to get the medicine the manager verify my old number again when they had already update phone number to begin with and it was also on the refills so why didn't they call or text when the medicine was ready to be picked up. The manager ask me to calm down and I was. I just was just frustrated. How dumb can you get? I also called and left a message for them on 1/17 and they never called me so I went there today 1/26 and it was just sitting in there bin. Obviously if they listen to my message that I left on 1/17 they would find out what my phone number is but no one bother to call. If I was not able to go today to get my daughter's medicine in which she really need who knows when she will be able to take it. It would probably be seating in their bin for a whole month. smh. Again I would not highly recommend this place even if the pharmacist said Walmart would not be able to mix the medicine for my daughter. I rather go somewhere else instead of wasting my time over and over again and . I don't have the time for stupidity. smh Good luck with whomever is in getting your medicine filled there!

I was prepared to just take the free massage and run. When I got there, I found that wasn't the case at all. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. I really felt at home. The free massage was wonderful and the consultation with Dr. Busch was great. I had had a "slipped disk" in the past and had somewhat recovered from it. I was told by my regular doctors that I would just have to live with pain in my lower back the rest of my life. Dr. Busch, however, told me that within a couple of months, he could probably have me feeling much better. I agreed to come back for the visits. True to his word, it was only a couple of months and I was pain-free. I went back to HealthSource a few months ago when I started having pain in my neck and going down into my arm. Dr. Busch found that it was actually tennis elbow. He recommended acupuncture. I was skeptical about it at first, but agreed to it because I trust Dr. Busch. After just three visits my tennis elbow was a thing of the past! If you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of HealthSource! Dr. Busch and his staff really care and their goal is to help their patients feel better as soon as possible.

4 minutes agoNEW-Edit As this is a business that does…read moreeverything to encourage positive reviews -ie they continually send messages please review us- I felt it is worth warning people about this company. My father has Alzheimers and was in a memory care unit. The unit required us to hire 24 hour nursing as he was experiencing psychological issues and was going to be transferred to a facility- we spent over $30000 for his care, and because his transfer to the other facility was touch and go based on a number of reasons, we tried to warn them of an ending. We spoke with Charlene and asked how much notice she required and she told us 1 week. At that point we did tell her ok, he will be gone in a week, and he was. My father was discharged a day earlier on Thursday April 29,2021. When I received the billing I noticed we were billed through April 30, using the same caregiver- see the picture. What is odd is we were billed for the same caregiver who apparently sat with him for 24 hours as we were billed for her 8 hours thursday and then another 16 hour shift the following day. Since he was discharged on Thursday afternoon, I just figured they were billing us out for the 7 day notice, which is perfectly reasonable. I called to get copy of all the bills so I can reconcile , and I was suprised to hear from Rochelle in billing that we were being billed yet another week because we did not give notice. We immediately called Charlene who referred us back to Rochelle - Great the person we gave notice to, refers us back to billing. I know elderly care is a big business, and I certainly think people should earn their money. We had no problem with the bill, even billing out the 7th day per our notice- but to send us yet another bill 2 weeks after my father had been discharged seems to be a bit much- On May 10th we received a bill for 4072.50 billing us for 5/1-5/7. My father was discharged on 4/29/21. While we have no problem with the service, we most certainly do have problem with the billing. I write this to caution anyone who signs a contract to do the following- review bills carefully, attempt to avoid the ACH , which might not be possible, and most certainly send your notice in a certified letter so you have proof. This company will use any "gotcha" they can. And remember, companies who solicit reviews, are doing so for a reason. Everything I have posted is true and accurate, and I have the paperwork to back it up. Possible litigation requires you to have your ducks in a row. If anyone reading this has had the same problem with this company, please feel to contact me. Perhaps we can pool resources and stories.

I am confident that Dr. Z and her team are saving my life…read more I've been sick now for about a year and a half... at first I was bounced around between primary care physicians, cardiologists, pulmonologists, neurologists, and hospitals, then found one of OHD's competitors who was finally able to give me some hope for recovery. After a few months with that practice, we realized that I needed more than that office had to offer, and that's when I found OHD. My first appointment was with Wendy, who was friendly, approachable, and genuine. We went over my full medical history, where she asked questions no other doctor had. She gave me a full physical exam, then sat down and walked me step-by-step through what she saw, what she understood, and what she would suggest as the next step. I was sent home with about 6 pages of notes to have as reference, so that I could truly understand where I was, medically, and what my path to a long healthy life would look like. I was immediately put into the IV room with Misha and did blood work with Jackie, and these two were smiling faces in a scary world. They continue to be a highlight of the office with every visit. My next appointment was with Dr. Z, and I knew immediately I was in the right place. She instilled confidence that she knew what was wrong and could make me better, and she immediately began treatments with quick improvements in my health. Even when I have bad days/weeks, she and her staff are only an email or a phone call away, and they're exceptionally helpful in easing my pain, improving my energies, and getting me closer to a healthy me. Thank God for Dr. Z and everyone at Optimal Health Dimensions.
