I am confident that Dr. Z and her team are saving my life. I've been sick now for about a year and a half... at first I was bounced around between primary care physicians, cardiologists, pulmonologists, neurologists, and hospitals, then found one of OHD's competitors who was finally able to give me some hope for recovery. After a few months with that practice, we realized that I needed more than that office had to offer, and that's when I found OHD. My first appointment was with Wendy, who was friendly, approachable, and genuine. We went over my full medical history, where she asked questions no other doctor had. She gave me a full physical exam, then sat down and walked me step-by-step through what she saw, what she understood, and what she would suggest as the next step. I was sent home with about 6 pages of notes to have as reference, so that I could truly understand where I was, medically, and what my path to a long healthy life would look like. I was immediately put into the IV room with Misha and did blood work with Jackie, and these two were smiling faces in a scary world. They continue to be a highlight of the office with every visit. My next appointment was with Dr. Z, and I knew immediately I was in the right place. She instilled confidence that she knew what was wrong and could make me better, and she immediately began treatments with quick improvements in my health. Even when I have bad days/weeks, she and her staff are only an email or a phone call away, and they're exceptionally helpful in easing my pain, improving my energies, and getting me closer to a healthy me. Thank God for Dr. Z and everyone at Optimal Health Dimensions. read more

After three months, I finally got my money back for the appointment that was never received. Fortunately, my credit card has a team that works to fight unscrupulous or incompetent organizations. It would have been nice to get it back as the result of my phone call and email but neither was responded to. I think this hassle was the result of one power hungry dullard manning the front office. We really looked forward to meeting Dr. Z but the concept of paying $300 for an unfulfilled visit was not part of our game plan. read more

It's been 3 weeks just trying to make an appointment. They made me fill out paperwork, and I had to email my medical history to get "qualified" for their practice. Nevertheless I followed the steps. Then: zero follow up or response from their end. They finally got back to me this morning saying "we are no longer accepting new patients." I mean seriously?? You didn't know that before you made me go through the whole process? Terrible customer service considering this office is out of pocket and you're paying top dollar. Looks like an incompetent staff who doesn't know how to run a medical practice. read more

Thank you Dr. Zackrison for restoring my well being and life. I had/have Lyme disease; I was extremely ill. Several doctors could not diagnose what was wrong with me; an infectious disease specialist told me it was all in my head! Dr. Z immediately diagnoised & treated me. Through the treatment by Dr. Zackrison I am a functioning person once again. Lyme disease can be extremely debilitating; it is a tough battle and I feel Dr. Z has the knowledge and expertise to help one recover or go into remission. I have referred several friends who have also had positive results. read more

Dr. Zackrison is an expert in her field and a very caring and compassionate doctor. I was very ill with lyme disease for over a year before I found Dr. Zackrison in 2008. I had been on a merry-go-round of doctor visits to internists, rheumatologists, infectious disease and even "the best" at a prestigious hospital. None of the doctors I saw knew what to do or took the time to look into what they could possibly do. One doctor truthfully told me "something is wrong with you, but I don't know what!" I had exhausted all my options and was very sick, unable to work, and still had two young boys to care for. The day I met Dr. Zackrison is the day my life turned around. She took the time to listen, order tests, and compassionately gave me hope for healing. Her treatment gave me my life back. I am forever grateful to her and highly recommend her to all. read more

Dr. Zackrison and her team are top notch. I have been treated since March 2016 & it's now October 2017 & we are near the end. I feel so blessed to have found her. She has a phenomenal IV area where afterwards I finally felt human again. Staff is very nice. They are passionate about fixing the cause of the problem, not slapping a bunch of pills down & hoping it works. There is an exact reason for everything they do. Pain, fatigue & brain fog were my worst symptoms, now I have a strong parasite to crush as my grand finale and boy is it stubborn. They provide "super bills" and you submit them to your insurance in hopes they will help you out some with reimbursement. Your treatment will be customized, not one size fits all. And in my opinion, that's how you get to remission. But you have to do the work. Clean, healthy living. When I started I felt about 90 yo. Now I feel only about 10 years older then my age (40). But we're almost finished! Watch the video on her website. What you see in the video is the doctor. She is brilliant! read more

I've had a very complicated and difficult health journey the past couple of years. Dr. Z. and her staff go above and beyond to work with me and to help me get better. I saw 6 doctors before I found OHD and each one either a) couldn't find the problem so they essentially wished me luck or b) dismissed my symptoms entirely as "all in my head." I never felt listened to or cared for by other providers. OHD was the first practice that actually dug into my health history, ran multiple tests, and LISTENED to all my concerns. Now I'm on my way to actually feeling better and the staff is extremely supportive. read more

After talking to the receptionist who was not welcoming nor friendly, I am not interested in persuing this practice. These types of practices are out of pocket costs plus people inquiring about these services are dealing with a health issue. A little kindness like what I received from all their competitors is a must. A smile and good disposition cost nothing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Dr. Zackrison or "Dr. Z," as we all call her, has been my rheumatologist for 10 years. When I first went to her, I could barely hold a hair brush to brush my own hair. She literally saved my life. I couldn't recommend a better doctor. If you have autoimmune issues, she's the doctor you should see. read more

I tried several times to book an appointment with the spa and nobody pickup or returned my phone calls

I became an invalid from an unknown disease in 2000. Doctors could not find the cause. By the grace of God I diagnosed myself and began traveling 14 hours from home to see Dr. Joseph Burrascano, widely recognized as the world's foremost Lyme specialist. He confirmed that I had Lyme, though I did not test positive until 18 months of treatment. Over the many years I saw him I gradually improved, but had reached a plateau and was still in great pain. When he closed his practice I was terrified of reverting to my previous condition (which was worse than death). He sent me to Dr. Leilia Zackrison. Her methods were very different than Dr. Burrascano's and I was very skeptical, but in a short while I could see she had an insight into human health far beyond any doctor I had ever met. She not only kept me from reverting to my former condition, she brought me far beyond the plateau at which I had stalled. Her tender care gave me back my life; gave me back to my family. Not only has her healing heart and hand relieved my suffering, she has cured my son of problems that other doctors could not. I have raved so about her skills that family and friends have claimed her as their own and been cured of both minor and serious illnesses that other doctors had been unable to cure. I have seen her work early, late and through lunch to accommodate her patients, and yet remain always cheerful, no matter the strain, always patient, tender and kind. Dr. Zackrison could easily have more free time, more money and fewer headaches by simply allowing her to be pushed into the patient mill mentality possessed by the average doctor, but then she could not give life, hope, and health back to those who desperately need it. read more

Dr. Zackrison and her staff are amazing. After being misdiagnosed by an Urgent Care Dr., 2 Emergency Room visits and then finally being admitted to the hospital for 24 hours and released with a diagnosis of Viral Meningitis and told to treat it like the common cold, I am GRATEFUL for a medical and wellness practice like Dr. Zackrison's. I had something much more serious and because Dr. Z took the time to do a proper examination and really look at the blood test results I could be properly diagnosed and treated. Its been a journey of anger at our current health insurance system playing Dr. and dictating what they can and cannot do, to one of gratefulness for a practice that really cares about helping the patient and are not bound by a really messed up Health Insurance industry making decisions for patients they will never see based on what insurance will and will not cover. Did I pay out of pocket? Yes. Do I have insurance? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely.! I feel better than I have felt in a very, very long time. I can actually say I am back 100%+ Thank-you Dr. Zackrison and your amazing staff! read more
