As the disease advanced, he was given specific training to prevent falls and improve his balance and walking. The Therapists were professional, kind, caring and concerned for his overall wellbeing and he looked forward to his sessions twice per week. The office experience was great, from scheduling to billing. My husband enjoyed the friendliness of the office staff and Therapists, like an extended family to him. I would highly recommend Prime Physical Therapy in Gainesville, VA.

I have been a patient at a couple of other clinics in Gainesville, VA since July of 2024, and when my prognosis grew stale and outcomes were either unchanged or actually regressed I searched for different options. Kayla actually seems to listen to me each time I visit and addresses my issues with manipulation, massage, and exercise recommendations. I recently updated my treatment plan with my podiatrist and Prime PT had implemented the changes to my treatment plan in time for my next visit (proactively, which is a big change from other providers). I will continue as long as needed for weekly and then infrequent visits when my issues become more manageable. I truly enjoy, and don't dread my sessions here and couldn't recommend them more.

After suffering for almost 5 months, I got in for my first appointment and an evaluation with Michelle. She very quickly diagnosed the issue and put together a plan to get me back to normal. Here I am four weeks later and I have zero pain in my shoulder, full mobility and zero sleepless nights. I was not looking forward to the possibility of surgery and I know, unquestionably, that the reason I can avoid it is because of Michelle's experience and expertise. If you're living with pain, you don't need to be. Go see Michelle and get on track and back to living your normal life.

I worked with Jenny Heilman about 5 years ago, she is one of the 2 owners of this business. His feet got worse each time after his sessions. They did not respect his request for them NOT to massage his calves. During the massages they would casually chat w their coworkers who were supposed to be working with their own patient. They charge $260 for first visit and $190 for each 30 min session after that where they just asked him to do some stretches. Seems like this place just expects to run bills on peoples insurance plans but has no respect for people that are paying out of pocket. I quit going because after 3 visits it was clear to me they had still not read up on my sons muscular disorder and I did not like the socializing during our sessions. If your charging so much for this 30 min why can't you talk to your patient and not your friends. This was expensive to me. I guess when it's insurance paying the bill you don't care.

Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. That's not care--that's just billing insurance as quickly as possible. Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.
