But when I did wake up, I spent a lot of time pushing myself around in a wheelchair, which I also don't remember, but only know about because a friend who came to visit me told me about it later. I do remember walking all around using a walker and meeting several people and committing numerous acts of misidentification. I had some excellent therapy sessions and later was released in the care of my wife. I don't know anything about the office, but I do know my health insurance paid for it. Although I'm not fully recovered my progress at Results has been substantial . This location has demonstrated the capability to provided seamless care between offices unlike previous facilities I've attended in the DMV area. At Results your treated as a individual not a checklist. In addition there has been very Good communication between the PT and my Orthopedic. Which has helped to tailor treatment and medications. I'd like to point out that many FAI and Hip patients are seen at this location. It's been encouraging to talk with peers who are recovering. Scheduling is easy - option for text and email reminders. I just finished about two weeks ago as my knee replacement has had issues to say the least. I've worked with all the therapists and they are all awesome! Before my surgery Anna & Brittany did the dry needling to stimulate the atrophied muscles around my knee and Jeff discovered that while no two legs are exactly the same length, the doctor made mine a bit too long and suggested lifts for my right foot. Doing this has cut down on the massive back pain that I had from walking like a pirate. My knee replacement has been a failure but they did everything under the sun to help me. I would recommend them to everyone. I'll be going back if I ever decide that I want to risk getting my right knee.

Knee injury? here are the set of exercises other PT groups will prescribe not targeting the exercises to how you are doing and your specific weaknesses. At Elite they treat each person like an individual and tailor your treatment to how you are responding and they always ask what is aggravating you on that particular day. Often you may come on with a specific pain like your back and they will recognize that it's actually your hip that is causing your back pain and you leave feeling better. They all work as a team so if you are with Anna one day and the next time Jeff you aren't starting over because their care overlaps and the communication between them has occurred before you even get there. I can't say enough, how impressed I have been with their knowledge base and caring for each patients recovery and success. I noticed the review from Dawn and she can't be more off base and I'm sorry she gave them a low star review because they literally have helped me get my life back after numerous surgeries. It is always a positive, pleasant place to go where everyone knows who you are and acknowledges you immediately. One of the reasons I chose them was they are privately owned so you don't become a number in the corporate machine mentality where they don't really care about your recovery or get to know who you are. I received more hand-on attention at Dynamics than I've ever received before. Lots of places show you exercises and let you go thru the process pretty much on your own. Not here. The patient is the focus. They respect patient privacy (intake interview in a closed room rather than out in the treatment area). Good adherence to covid 19 guidelines. This is a small facility but it was not over scheduled and I was never near another patient. Karen and Megan are consistently pleasant, skilled and on-task. I've been to local PT practices where the therapists spent more time flirting and talking about their weekends than with the patients. One facility allowed an employer's toddler to run around the treatment area and did intake interviews surrounded by other patients. None of that nonsense here. If I need physical therapy in the future I will be happy to return to Dynamics in Haymarket.
