I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! I just wanna say I never never get on here to write these type of long reviews or even negative ones period but when I realize this I was very upset. because this is two employees noticing this and instead of giving good customer service they look at u crazy instead of trying to help!! and I will say this even if they didnt "notice" which im %100 they did the people behind the counter need to be more attentive when it comes to things like this because I wouldve been charged and had to return and get a refund, but what if I never even noticed?? thats money gone and u dont know what when or how people got things going on. this is very unprofessional and not ok at all!!

I pay my first payment with a card $254. Then try to my credit card on my phone. That card is strictly credit . I don't have a pin. Well it doesn't go thru so he says hit cancel and try again. I try again and it doesn't go thru. I tell him we will have to cancel the transaction until a further time. He tells me well I'm not sure if I can do that. Let me call help desk. He calls the help desk and says they canceled it. But he then shuts down the work register. He never gave me a receipt, email or any type of cancellation form. He told me oh you weren't charged. But I check my account and I was charged $254. I only have some type of register log saying I spent $254. I've been shopping at GameStop for 15 plus years. Never have I ever got done bad this way. This guy constantly kept slamming stuff and being angry with me when I did nothing. I'm a customer. I've never been so scared to go back to a store. I just want my money back and I'll never even visit a GameStop again . This is for 10 year old nephew whom my brother sent me to go grab. Just spent $250 there today all while being "helped" by an employee who looked like he wanted to murder us. Did the bare minimum from start to finish. Not friendly. Almost like he didn't care to make a sale. The store was also FILTHY! Dead spiders and flies everywhere. Bug traps visible all over the store. It was gross. Not sure we'll be back again.

I bought a whole new pint of that color and then she matched the precious paint can that only had about half left in it. My husband went today to get paint matched based on the cans sticker and came back home and it was not correct. He went back and brought the old paint can in person to match and he said there's no way he can match it. I think he's just lazy. I will be going back when he is not there so someone who actually wants to do their job can do it. Avoid him.
