He went above and beyond with all of us. I contrast this with the Tyson's store on Leesburg Pike, which screwed up my business phone line. Sean sorted it all out and sent me on my way a very happy customer. While at the store a gentleman came in who was quite obviously in some sort of altered state. He was unkempt and largely incoherent, becoming agitated when asked for ID to verify his account. Another female customer and I both sensed danger and tensed up; meanwhile, Sean handled him calmly and respectfully until he finally left. When he returned 30 or so minutes later, I immediately set my phone to 911 just in case, but Sean once again handled him like a pro. I have no doubt that the situation could have gone south quickly had Sean shown any trace of irritation or anger. Store manager, give that man a raise!

The guy who picked up my fridge came alone and hauled it out with just his body, completely damaging my floors. I noticed after he left. I texted him and as a "sorry" he offered my money back. That money does not even cover half of the repair. I have been calling non-stop with no reply. The absolute worst. I would never recommend them and will never again use them for future work. **UPDATED RESPONSE** Although I am not surprised at your response, I am deeply disappointed and perplexed. Maybe it was the generic tone of the quoted/ polished response you use for all negative reviews that you offered me as a solution. I have repeatedly called your company daily trying to get a hold of your customer service line you have (option 2, when I called in) and always got a voicemail promising to return calls within 24 hours. I have also sent emails and inquiries directly on your site. Today, I decided to write a yelp review, and behold I get a response - regardless of how unhelpful it was. On August 10th at 8 AM (not over a month ago) one of your movers came to remove my refrigerator. Your company knew where my refrigerator was located (in the kitchen) and informed me, it wouldn't be a problem. But it very much seemed to pose a problem as soon as the mover showed up. He came in, no mask, no equipment, and asked where the refrigerator was. I walked him to the kitchen. He then removes my refrigerator by sliding it back and forth, from my kitchen to my front door. When he realized he couldn't get it thru the front door, he went to the truck. When he came back, he had a mallet in hand and began hitting the handles off of my fridge so he could get the fridge to squeeze thru my door. Shards of hard plastic flew everywhere (which is something else I had to clean when he left, cleaning the shards and my floor where he drug my fridge is when I noticed the several holes). On August 12th at 7:42 PM I sent a text to your mover. He mentioned something about me gluing my floor myself and that he would refund my money. Was that the right thing to do? Is that how you conduct business? Absolutely not. Especially, after I sent him pictures of my floor (which are included below for reference). The floor is costing over $600 to fix -- and I have an invoice for you from my flooring company, let me know where to send it. The $180 ($140 for the haul + $40 tip) does not even cover half of this bill. I am not responsible for this, your company is. Shame on you and whoever else is conducting your business in this manner. Your mover completely disregarded my home and offered me a band-aid solution. This is not how this will end. I need a better solution and will be waiting to hear from you.

I called Junkluggers and had excellent service from start to finish. A very professional organization, from the person who answered my first telephone call to the nice guys who picked up our stuff. Was in the Verizon Woodbridge store today 5/17/23 to drop off my phone that I previously was having…read moreissues with after receiving its replacement. I was advised that I could not drop off my phone at the local store and my only option was to mail it in. This was advised by the manager of the store. She also explained to myself and three other customers that she would not be able to provide service to us being that she had three other customers on the list. This was at 6:30p. From my understanding the store closes at 7p. Not sure why we were all advised that we would not be assisted being that we were in the store 30 minutes before the store closes. All customers including myself was very disturb by this. Especially hearing this from the manager. Her behavior was very unprofessional and the fact that she doesn't know the policies and workflows as a store manager is beyond me. I later called the Verizon customer service line and was told that I do have the option to drop my phone off at the local store. As you know I was not happy after hearing this. I have to say as a customer for 16 years this is the worst service I've ever experienced from Verizon. Very disappointing.

This company has absolutely scammed us for the past month. Lazy and unprofessional. I called to set…read moreup a simple washer/dryer repair (we had standing water in the washer and it wasn't working properly). The first visit they told me everything seemed to be in order, $113 diagnostic fee. Fine. Two more visits later, they told me "it might be a lid lock issue, it might be a drain pump", and that they would be back two days later to fix the issue. No word. I called on the day they were supposed to return, only to be told "we'll send someone tomorrow to re-diagnose". I told them that's what they had (presumably) done on Friday, only to be informed that they needed my authorization to order the replacement parts. They had not reached out or done this. Radio silence. Now I'm being told that it'll take a few more days to order the replacement parts, even though they're not sure what the issue exactly is, and that all together with labor it'll be ~$700. A month later, and all a company named "Mr. Appliance" seems to do is 1) not repair appliances and 2) send a guy to your house to hang out for 45 minutes and tell you "huh not sure". I will be filing a report with the BBB and DC AG.

I have been very impressed with every staff person at this company- from the sales people who described what was needed in detail (with no pressure) to the staff who scheduled appointments and last but not least, the crew who crawled through my complex attic to install the new HVAC ducts. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, experienced and polite. I highly recommend this company!

Luckily we got 2 more estimates. The second company repaired and cleaned our heat pump for $225. Technician stated this did not need replacing. Scamming an 80 year old woman. Shame on you. I bet they will state I am not in their system like they have done on a couple reviews that were negative. Hmmmmm Why would we need to contact you ? The heat pump was repaired for $10,750 cheaper than your quote. Next step is to talk to the state so no others are scammed.
