The painkiller my husband was supposed to take immediately after having a tooth extracted. Then they claimed they couldn't find the prescription so I had to call the dentist and get it resubmitted (I know for certain they had both). It took 5 hours to get the second one filled. I handed them our insurance card and they didn't apply insurance so that was a whole other deal that took 15" to pickup. Now I'm here for a prescription that I forgot to pickup 2 weeks ago. I got an automated call reminding me to pickup so here I am over an hour later still waiting on it. They can't find it, had to make a new one. Said will be 15", 45" later I'm still here. Handed insurance card when I attempted to pickup. Still didn't apply it so again they didn't apply. multiple lines and a 15" checkout process. 10/10 do NOT recommend. The prices are higher, the service stinks. Avoid at all costs. If I don't live above it I would never go back.

You can imagine my frustration when after being on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for a representative, they tell me to walk back into the store to do a void and repurchase because they can't do it over the phone. It should never take up to 45 minutes to pick up a monthly prescription EVER. Still, this was the closest pharmacy to where I lived so I was willing to give it some time and they have improved a lot. Every time I call in to request a prescription fill, there is no wait time. I've never experienced an attitude problem with any of the pharmacy staff. The primary reason why I am giving three stars and not four is because drive thru wait times are still a bother unless you are the first or second car in line. Might as well walk into the store.
