After several calls and talking to two different sales team members (Adam and then Amber), no call back. I think this dealer regularly lists machines at ridiculously low prices that they don't have in stock. You can tell because they put a bogus inventory number instead of an actual inventory number. This occurs on all their "promotions" and when people call them on it, they ghost them. Why would you have over 6 machines listed at great deals but when someone calls, none are available? At the end of the day, I don't need a machine. It was a good deal so I was going to buy one for a business write off. Even drove down from PA to VA. Instead of working with us or offering a solution, they pulled me aside in a corner and informed me that my son's classes would be canceled starting the following week. The way they handled the situation was disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacked any compassion. As a parent, I expected support and understanding, not to have my child removed from the program because he needed extra help. I would not recommend this swim school to any family. Parents should be aware that if your child needs additional support, the school may choose to cancel their lessons instead of providing reasonable accommodations or alternatives.

But I just learned about a new policy starting April 1st that's really disappointing: if you're not through the door before the instructor starts giving class instructions, the doors are locked and you're charged for the class. As a new mom, I've invested over $30,000 in childcare just to carve out time to take care of myself again -- and this kind of policy feels completely out of touch with real life. Things happen. Kids get fussy. Traffic gets backed up. And arriving a minute or two late shouldn't mean you're locked out and penalized, especially when classes are expensive. I've never heard of anyone showing up more than 5 minutes late, and from what I understand, those who do are respectful and try not to disrupt the flow. At this price point, members deserve grace and understanding, not punishment for doing their best. This policy feels unnecessarily rigid and honestly makes me think twice about joining. I hope F45 rethinks this approach -- it sends the wrong message to the very people trying to prioritize their health and well-being.

They made my six-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter feel welcomed and right at home from day one. My kids enjoy their Taekwondo classes every Tuesday and Thursday, and they love going to OSA after school. Since enrolling, I've seen such a positive change in their grades and reading skills -- the structure, homework help, and encouragement they get here really make a difference. This after-school program has been far better than the one they had at their school; the care, attention, and environment at OSA are on a completely different level. They also enjoy attending on teacher workdays, holiday closures, and special camp days -- it gives them something fun, active, and enriching to do instead of sitting on an iPad all day. I'm even planning to enroll them in the summer camp program because it sounds amazing and packed with activities that keep kids engaged and learning. We were allowed to try both TKD and Judo before choosing so our boys could choose what they preferred. The boys ended up choosing Judo. They enjoy going and ask about when their next class is often. OSA staff is so patient with the boys. We had looked at martial arts before, but the boys immediately loved this program and us was an easy decision that this was the place for our family. There are so many activities that are offered that truly make this program worth it for us and the value of this program is great. It was important for our boys to be in a place that they felt like they belonged with appropriate structure for them.

Each lane had about 3-4 students assigned and they take turns doing laps. At the end of practice, the instructor provides feedback to the child's chaperone. The school has thought of everything. They have a communal shower to rinse off by the pool, changing rooms, blow dryer station, seating area and reading material for adults, and merchandise for sale.
