I came here using a 7-day pass. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the 7 days is effective as soon as the pass is emailed. Upon signing up for the 7 day pass, I received a text from Amir. Luckily, he was flexible and let me come at the end of March. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Isaac, who was extremely friendly and informative. We went through the entire walk through, and on my 2nd visit, he went over the prices. The only thing I didn't like is that they take down all the information from our Driver's License even if it's just a trial. Since this is considered a boutique gym, the classes are the main focus and driver for memberships. They get crazy busy and packed, but are only held at certain times of the day..and not Friday evenings. The classes include (but with different names): yoga, boxing, cycling and CS4. I was only able take one class--Ride with Lauren--and WOW it was fun and vibrant! I came back another day for leg day to try out the equipment. I was very fascinated by the TechnoGym equipment--beautiful, unique machines and all in pristine condition. There were SO MANY options for upper, lower, cardio, etc. Additionally, there is a separate cross fit area, where they hold classes and it is open to members. There is a recovery section, which includes compression sleeves, cryotherapy and massage chairs, which are convenient but I believe separate from the monthly gym membership. Staff are very friendly and when we were trying to figure out how to adjust the leg press to my height, they were more than helpful in doing that. Locker room was clean. I love a Club Studio. I really do. I'm really impressed by the equipment floor of this location. I like the layout of this location better than the one in Arlington. I've been to a few classes here - like Arlington, it depends on who your instructor is but I'd say I like the Arlington instructors better. That said, many teach here, too, so you can catch them. Also, there have rarely been waitlists at this location for classes compared to Arlington which is now seemingly always full. The showers here feel super small and I'm not sure if the saunas are co-ed or not. The locker room set-up is odd and I didn't want to risk being seen naked by entering into a sauna where men could also go. I'll explore next time I'm clothed. Parking is free when validated but is usually pretty easy. I think the manager who worked there last year and was a nightmare is gone, so everyone I interacted with was super nice. read more

The aesthetics of this gym is top-notch and I really loved the reform (pilates) and boxing classes I got to take during my 3 day free trial pass! (p.s. do NOT be late! Very strict class policy for starting on time) A huge pro is that there always seemed to be available spots! The only true downside is the ridiculous traffic to Tyson's so if you take their early morning classes, parking is super easy, but going to an evening class was so chaotic. Note that the parking ticket is free for the first 2 hours, but you have to pay $7/hr after that on weekdays. I believe weekends are free all day. Overall, I do find Club Studio to be pricey, but when you compare it to boutique places vs. regular gyms, it's very reasonable. Pilates classes in general are $25+ per class which means if you take at least 6 classes per month, the membership pays for itself. I've been debating for a while whether or not to join, but I think I'm going to do it. I just love the classes and vibe. Maybe the price will help motivate me to work out more haha read more

I absolutely loved being a member at Club Studio in Tysons! The variety of classes is top-notch, and I appreciated having so many great options all under one roof. I tried reformer Pilates, boxing, hot Pilates, yoga sculpt, and CS4--and they were all fantastic. My only regret is not making it to a rebound class before I moved! I also did the wellness add-on, which gave me access to the cryochamber, red light therapy, and water massage chairs. My typical routine was to start with two minutes in the cryochamber, get my workout in or attend a class, and then wind down with red light therapy and a relaxing water massage. It felt like a full wellness reset every time. My favorite coach was Charley--hands down one of the best instructors I've ever had. I've been to many Pilates and yoga studios, and her classes were always thoughtfully planned, challenging, and energizing. She brings great, positive energy while also being intentional about form. Some of her small corrections made such a huge difference in my practice, helping me avoid injury and get more out of each movement. One downside is the limited 2-hour parking on weekdays. If you go over, you're charged $7, which is a bummer when you want to take your time and enjoy both a class and recovery time. Parking is free on weekends, which is great. I signed up months before the gym opened, and the delayed opening with minimal communication was frustrating. I hope they improve member communication going forward. I've now moved to Maryland, and I'm genuinely sad that Tysons is too far to visit regularly. I haven't been able to find another gym with such a perfect combination of class variety, wellness amenities, and gym access. I truly miss it and hope Club Studio opens a location in Potomac MD soon! read more

I tried the gym on a 7 day free pass, being in the market for a new gym. Cons: The gym parking is located in the same multi story garage as Walmart and a few businesses, so it has ticketed entry, with a limit of 2 hours before you have to pay. Also, since this is a high end gym, I compared it to Lifetime, and there is no cold plunge or steam room, and the sauna wasn't hot enough (even LA Fitness keeps it 170 which is perfect). Pros: The classes are really great. I took reformer Pilates and the trampoline class. I loved them. There are plenty of classes scheduled throughout the day and I didn't have problems with a waitlist signing up just a few days in advanced. They have a good variety as well, including something like 9 round boxing, OTF HITT, and lifting classes. The gym equipment is insane, everything is new and beautiful. The space is pretty big and the crowd is non existent (and coming from a very densely packed one at xsport it's a little eerie and I kind of missed the energy) and you'll never wait for a machine while you are there. I didn't use the power lifting racks but there were plenty of platforms and stations. There is a decent 3 lane yard pool as well. The staff is great, really friendly and helpful (shout out to Chris who gave me the tour and answered all my questions). All this is to say it's a great gym and I loved it. I plan to join after my current gym membership expires. read more

The classes are all on the app, if you don't cancel in time it's $10.00 fee for the class and if you sign up and miss class it's $15.00. Overall, I recommend Club Studio. Nice, sleek, and clean gym in Tyson's! I tried the hot sculpt group class and really enjoyed it. The workout was challenging but doable. My only piece of feedback was I think the class was a tad bit overcrowded but other than that it was great. Garage parking was free for 2 hours! In early February, I canceled the account on the phone with an associate who confirmed the cancellation (she offered to freeze the account for a $50/monthly fee but I declined). I was told I would not be charged anymore because the payment I had in January would cover use of the club through Feb. 26. At no time did the associate mentioned any further step to cancel, but she confirmed that the account was canceled. The club kept charging me for 3 more months - I called them today and after speaking with 3 people (associate, asst. manager and manager, Juan), the manager said he would be willing to issue a refund for the most recent payment. That's it. They will not refund the 2 other payments they collected on a canceled account. This is absolutely wrong--it feels like theft. read more

Her classes are meticulously structured, blending strength, cardio, and flexibility in a way that feels balanced and efficient. Signed up in January 2024 with the expectation of March/April opening at which time I was charged for the first and last month. First problem began when I realized the staff member (who no longer works there) signed me up for the premium membership ($199/month to use other locations) after I told him I would only be using Tyson's Corner location (difference of $30/month). My conversations began in April with the manager (Aman) who assured me the account would be changed back to the original membership, after they officially opened. I called every month from April to August, when the club finally opened. At that point, Amand said that he requested the credit through Corporate and I should see it on my next statement. I wasn't satisfied, so I asked to speak with the regional manager, which never happened. In the meantime and despite all of my billing issues, I liked this gym and even sent out several referrals (2 of whom have signed up). We are supposed to receive $25 credit to the gift shop for every person we refer who actually become members. I have received nothing for my referrals. September arrived, the first official billing for my membership and I was charged $199. I spoke with Maggie, Operations Manager, who told me that for the account to be corrected, they needed to cancel my premium membership and I would have to sign up again. October arrived and I was charged the same $199. On October 15th, I inadvertently signed up for 2 classes around the same time, so I cancelled one and I was charged $10 for canceling within the 24 hour timeframe. I called immediately and was assured that I would receive credit. Two weeks later, I still don't have the credit. I eventually reached out to another location (Jess, operations manager at Citrus Heights, CA) in hopes of escalating up to have the regional manager return my call. Told her the same story in hopes of escalating up to get some results. Crickets... November 1st: I My premium account is cancelled, waiting for the link to sign up again, can't sign up for classes until I renew, but can't renew w/o the link! I called Tyson's Corner for the final time to have the regional manager to call me. I also spoke to Juan w/Member Services located in the headquarters in CA, who also claimed he would work on this issue and that Kerry or Carrie would follow up with me. Not holding my breath. In the meantime, another friend who I referred awhile ago finally joined. Not for long after I tell her my agonizing story of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime! The only downside is that I will miss the fun instructors! But, not at the expense of being ignored and being taken advantage with my money. Needless to say, I will not be returning and guaranteed, my three friends who signed up because of me will also be cancelling their memberships! read more

It is a nice gym with much equipment, classes, pool, locker-rooms & towel service. The staff is friendly and professional. However, I have often noted the music (I describe it as night club music) is often too loud. Most of the staff understands and reduces the volume as (1) cannot hear own music - especially if have hearing loss and (2) 99% of the patrons are wearing earbuds or other listening devices (not listening to the club music). The issue is that the music volume continues to be too high and I need to ask all the time to reduce it (so can hear own music or podcast). The staff members who seem hesitant to reduce the volume seem to indicate that Corporate HQ sets the volume policy. I have contacted HQ to note my concern/issue - but no response so far. I hope this matter can be managed (yes, have music - just mitigate the volume in the general gym area - no spin or studio settings). read more

Have been at Club Studio since they opened. I love this gym - great equipment, well maintained, and clean. Only giving three stars for two reasons - Parking and the men's sauna that is always out of order. The parking garage only allows 2 hours free parking, then it's 7 dollars an hour. Not enough time to workout, shower, use amenities, and get ready for work. The staff says to park across the street which is not fun - lugging all your gym stuff, dealing with the Walmart traffic not only in the outdoor parking lot but also the elevators. I am looking for a new gym because of the parking. Parking validation or 3 hours free would keep me at CS and would change my rating. read more

Worked out of this club before it was a Club Studio. Former club that occupied this location, 24-hour Fitness, provided a basic, no-frills, experience w/ a great pool (which Club Studio has retained and which is still great). Unfortunately, for some reason, many of the cardio machines (new) are packed one against the other, which for me yielded a claustorphobic feeling when I tried one. It's demographic appears to be primarily folks in their 30s and 40s (although perhaps I'm mistaken & it could be just a tad broader). Classes listed in schedule seem largely cardio-centric. Cardio-friendly music (but to my ears, odd & unnerving) seems to be pumped into all locations of the club, except perhaps the pool area . Might be other areas for escape, which I didn't check out. VERY nice and helpful staff. Very clean facility. Towels are large and high quality. Other adequate amenities. Deserves a high rating from someone of its demographic -- it's just not ideal for those who are not, at least from my experience. read more

I'm dropping stars because it took them about 5 months to fix the men's sauna, parking still sucks because you pay $7 after two hours - I know the previous gym validated after 2 hours and membership with them was a quarter of price. I'm so glad Club Studio opened here. It strikes the perfect balance for me, excellent equipment for weightlifting and strength training but also the classes, which each have their own studio. I wasn't much of a class guy, but they've provided some great variety to my fitness routine. Here are my favorites: - Hot Pilates: The instructor Charlie is simply the best! My wife and I attend her classes every Saturday. She is very knowledgeable, a great motivator and you're always guaranteed a good workout. I also appreciate that she's so attentive to everyone attending her class and helps to correct your form. - Ride (Cycling): First off the studio is beautiful and great equipment. No disrespect to any of the other instructors but Lauren R. Is THAT GIRL!! Super high energy, great motivation and she does every minute with you. I'm always amazed at how she's able to bring variety to a cycling class. Her Thursday evening class is like a family, and typically full so book early. 10/10! - CS4: Want an intense full body workout, this is for you. You will be pushed, you will be challenged, stick with it and you'll be in the best shape of your life. Again the studio is perfect. There are 5 stations and screens at each which show you every set and move. For this class I really like Arsalan. He's highly knowledgeable and has many times helped to correct my form so I get the best of each workout. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful. Anna was the first I meet at the showroom before it opened, and shes just awesome. No matter your fitness level or goals, Club Studio has something for everyone. Highly recommend! read more

This is such a great gym with so many fitness modalities available in one place. When I first heard about the concept it was hard to believe that one gym could replace the 5 boutique studios I've paid for in the past couple of years. I was also concerned that the instructors (which make or break any class) wouldn't be engaging enough. Luckily, the first time I went I had the most amazing instructor Alia for yoga sculpt. Her class was so challenging and she was very friendly. I also took her Reformer class and it was also incredible. I'm looking forward to trying more classes as they expand their schedule. She's an excellent trainer; energetic and upbeat, she will keep you motivated through the killer workout and make sure you're pushing yourself, but come prepared! It is a killer full body workout. This gym has everything you would ever need! The equipment is brand new and kept clean. Their recovery lab will leave you feeling like a new man, and their staff is very helpful. I am in love with the Club Studio Gym at Tysons! I have toured a lot of gyms in the area, but nothing came close to the amenities and atmosphere of Club Studio. At first, I chose this luxurious gym because all of the core classes are included at the base membership price (Pilates Reformer Included!) Needless to say, this is very rare. However, if you wanted to read all about the membership benefits and amenities you would be on their website not on yelp haha. In my opinion, Club Studio is the best gym in the area because it is immaculately clean and well kept, every staff member I've met is super friendly and welcoming, and their instructors are knowledgeable in their expertise and make class fun yet challenging no matter what level you're on. Although it may come at a higher price tag than most gyms, I find the cost to be completely reasonable in comparison to the products and experiences they are offering. Looks like a great club but very disappointing. Joined this gym because I was told classes during the day would be ramping up. I was also told I had to join the day of my trial class or I wouldn't get to try the recovery lab for a week. There are no classes during 10-4 besides reformer and that is currently full. Also, as I walk around I bump into more staff in the sauna and bathroom room than I do other members. Frustrating that they can't put more staff toward instructing classes (the only benefit to joining a gym like this at this price point). I was going to have my husband try a guest pass for boxing ( as his schedule will permit and mine won't) but alas that class was full. When I expressed disappointment about the lack of "ramping up", I was told I would be years before the schedule looked like the other club studios schedules (the ones I was shown then I was pressured to join). Lots of other great gyms with more accessible classes in the area for half the price. They aren't even offering discounted rates as they lack the classes other club studios have. I was going to try to make the most of the experience and do personal training but I was told I would have to commit to six months before even working out with the trainer I would be assigned to. read more

Her routine shows that she really takes the time to research/design her classes. I learn so many new forms from her - it never gets boring.
