This dealership is sketch and should be shut down for their predatory sales practices. Saw some great deals on some 2025 CFMoto machines and reached out. After several calls and talking to two different sales team members (Adam and then Amber), no call back. I think this dealer regularly lists machines at ridiculously low prices that they don't have in stock. You can tell because they put a bogus inventory number instead of an actual inventory number. This occurs on all their "promotions" and when people call them on it, they ghost them. Why would you have over 6 machines listed at great deals but when someone calls, none are available? At the end of the day, I don't need a machine. It was a good deal so I was going to buy one for a business write off. Even drove down from PA to VA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We naively purchased a motorcycle from this shop - before it was even home, the hidden damage became apparent. Thankfully, we purchased the warranty with it - but the warranty company refused to fix it because the bike was undriveable and should never have been sold. They told the dealer it was their responsibility. So we took the bike BACK to the dealer (an hour away) and they kept it for EIGHT WEEKS before fixing it very poorly and returning it. A few weeks later we found through our credit union that they didn't hold the title on the bike. It's been four weeks trying to get THAT resolved. They're not responsive - they're not accountable - it's been a series of nightmares that hopefully I can prevent for someone else. STAY AWAY read more

I took my ATV to be repaired. After nearly a month I was given a repair estimate. The estimate included a couple of things which were about $700.00. When I was called to pick it up, I was told they repaired it, but it would not drive straight, but I could drive it. That was stupid. The real problem was never addressed or fixed. Then, I was told it would be almost another $2,000.00 to completely fix it. The Repair Manager told me the problem was mine, since I wrecked it. No shit, I wrecked it, but I took it there to get fixed, not be berated and treated like I was a nuisance. Fortunately, I got in touch with the general manager who stepped in and managed a solution. I've had 4 ATVs serviced here since 2010 and bought 2 new ATVs here in that time. Also the staff care more about lunch breaks than customers. Called to see if a bike was on display and got an immediate voice on the phone saying "Absolutely! Swing on by." When we go there, Mac came around to help us out, answering any and all questions we had, which, as completely new riders, was many. Customer service with a solid, old-school vibe Fast forward today, I had to sell or remove my bike as I could not ride due to disability. I called them a few times to see if I could offload to them, I kept being told they would call me back Wasn't trying for make a killing, was just trying to see if they would want it, no would have been fine for an answer but kept getting the runaround I ended up donating it for a tax write off, it was a shame since it was such a nice bike..in almost new condition. Deceptive and devious practices I inquired on a bike they had via their website Zack Flack contacted me and we discussed the bike and the sales and agreed on a price. I filled out the credit application online that he sent and asked me to fill out and told him I would come in from out of town in two days to finalize the deal. I asked if I could pay a deposit via credit card and he said you can do that when you get here. I said Ok that will work. The next day which is the day before I was heading up to collect the bike he said he sold the bike as a customer came in the next day ready to buy it on the spot. I told him we had a deal. He said we only allow first come first serve on used bikes. I let him know I was first and we had an agreement and that it was him who told me to wait to pay the deposit when I get there the next day. The communication I have from him shows the sale was agreed on and initiated. Be broke the contractual agreement and basically said that is their policy and suggested I talk to his manager. This kind of shady business dealing is probably where they try to entice another buyer by stating another buyer is coming so you better decide now. This is unethical and nefarious business tactics with no regard to the customer. I am pursuing a breach of contract action that has been reviewed and deemed warranted. They need to learn that you cannot deceive customers in such an unethical way and say this is how we do business. Will update as things move along. read more

I called there three times and asked if they were interested in buying motorcycles. On Monday of this week I called and they said sure bring the bikes in on Wednesday. When I arrived on Wednesday morning the manager told me they're not buying any bikes. I really don't mind that you're not buying bikes right now. But what I really mind is wasting so much time loading the motorcycles onto my trailer bringing them in to be evaluated (a 30 minute drive in both directions) and then being told they wouldn't even be considered. I don't know what I can say about these guys. Maybe some of the most honest, helpful mechanics I have ever met. I took my first bike here. My friend gave it to me for free, but it was in pieces. This shop put the bike back together, told me what the costs were up front, didn't give me any surprises, and brought a 15yr old bike up to Virginia Safety standards. When it had problems later on from old wiring, they fit me into a crammed schedule and have me back on the road in a few days. After the summer, I decided to upgrade my bike and brought my new (2011) Honda Fury into the shop for a 8/12k tune-up. They identified some dry-rot in the front tire that the Safety Inspector missed... probably saved my life. I won't take my bike anywhere else. read more

Mac, Danielle, Trevor, and the rest at MHKS make it easy and comfortable to get on a new bike. Just brought our new Goldwing DCT Tour and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. My wife was twisting my arm (not that it took much) to go get a Goldwing. She's been itching to plan some real road trips by bike and my cruiser (VT1100 Sabre) is not ideal for that. I had been looking around to see who had some new 2018 or 2019 Goldwings in stock, checked prices, and even asked for a couple of quotes from shops. On a whim while out shopping just before Christmas we popped into MHKS, and there was a brand new 2018 GoldWing Tour sitting on the showroom floor. Mac came over after a few minutes and answered our questions and went over some details about the new (2018+) design. The out the door price was amazing so we asked which other colors and versions were available since between my wife and I we were leaning towards the DCT Tour w/Airbag. There was on such beast available and in just a couple of minutes Danielle gave us a more than acceptable bottom line lowest quote right at the start, it was significantly lower that anyones elses and was honestly a little lower than what I had in my mind as my desired price. The search was over and decision was made. I think we left and went to get into the car, but turned around and when back in to put our deposit down. No pushing, straight answers, and at an acceptable price without having to quibble and haggle made it an easy decision to make this the third bike in 12 years I've bought here. They have always treated us well and this time was no exception. It was time for new helmets, a step up the helmet to helmet comms as well as some add ons to the bike. Trevor and couple of others jumped in and helped us settle on the "best for us" helmets and comm gear. He even went the extra mile to install the comm gear in the helmets for us. Greedy/janky service department charged me 600$ for a chain and sprocket replacement in the process of replacing my chain they broke my rear caliper. Tried to charge me an additional 500$ for a 40$ part to fix the caliper they broke in the process of replacing my chain. Told me the caliper broke because my bike was a "piece of shit". Refused to attach caliper that was broken so I could ride home and avoid the tow charge. I rode my bike to the shop there was nothing wrong with my caliper before I brought it to there shop. 0/10 recommend honestly these guys are real trash. If u don't know much about bikes and part pricing do not recommend going here they will upsell outrageously and less you to believe u need to pay for things you don't need read more

Am getting back into riding after many years. Communicated with Anthony about the Kawasaki Conours 14 and put a deposit on it. Thought it was the bike for me. Made arrangements to take the 2.5 hour drive up to buy the bike which was prepped and ready for me to ride when I got there. Upon arrival, while the paper work was being processed, I sat on the bike and realized it wasn't for me. David worked with me to cancel the purchase and get a refund for my deposit which held the bike for two weeks so I could get up there to close the deal. Was really disaapointed in not buying the Concours but something did not feel right and David understood. He then took the time to speak with me about the different types of bikes that would fit what I am looking for. Outstanding professionalism was apparent all the way through this transaction at MotoMember Manassas. Was not pressured to continue with the purchase of a bike that did not feel right nor was I pressed to make another selection from what they had. And my deposit was refunded and posted the next day. I went to Manasass Honda on Memorial Day weekend to get an oil change on my bike. This trip was the second time I've been here, but it also turned out to be the worst. After waiting a couple of hours, Greg informed me that whoever installed my frame sliders mucked up the job and I will need additional work to get the problem corrected. I informed him that their shop performed my first services (seeing how this was my second oil change) and they had no problem with my motorcycle's frame sliders. He the told me that the weather may have fused the screw to the frame (ok but I don't think that that's possible). Being mechanically inclined myself I took the bike to another shop to get a second opinion and got my services done within 30 minutes. That being said avoid this place like it holds the zombie plague. I imagine that most people may have a easier time at this place but I'm done with this establishment. This just in! Dealerships charge a premium for work; Everyone except Justin C. already knew this. When you buy a motorcycle you accept one creed: Learn to fix your bike yourself, or pay insane prices and likely get conned out of money for things you don't need fixed. Even worse than auto mechanics, the bike world seems to be filled with cliques and unless you're in, you're going to get put through the paces. Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki (MHKS) is a refreshing breath of fresh air from all that. My bike died on me mid-ride and I was stranded on a kind stranger's farm. They towed my bike to the shop (for cheaper than AAA wanted) and fixed me up and good as new. Their service personnel are friendly and accommodating--they put up with me calling them incessantly to check on the status of my bike. They don't offer the fastest service in town (but they were admittedly fully booked and squeezing me in), but that's just a minor complaint. Would I go back? Definitely. They are definitely pricey (as all dealers are), but for any work that I can't do myself I wouldn't hesitate to give MHKS my business. read more

The only reason I will give 4 stars instead of 5 here is because the paperwork and delivery process took much longer than promised after I had been specifically assured that it would take no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. The sales staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable especially my sales girl Elyse. Greeted me immediately unlike any of the other dealerships I had visited and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. As this was a first bike purchase for me, I was back and forth with a lot of questions, and Elyse always called me back immediately or answered my emails very quickly. If she didn't know the answer she immediately asked someone else. Having been in customer service for 20+ years, I was very impressed. I can't review the service dept as of yet, because I have not had to take my bike in for maintenance. If I am well taken care of however, I will make the 30 mile drive. read more

Then I called to follow up and they still didn't assist. Took my motorcycle in for service and they tried to rip me off by giving me an estimate for a lot of stuff the motorcycle didn't need. I took it to Coleman Powersports in Woodbridge whom I have no affiliation and they validated my suspicion. Service writer Austin is completely misleading. I said I was changing the engine and transmission oils on my 2013 650 Burgman. They handed me three quarts of engine oil and a quart of heavy 80/90 weight transmission oil. Its a good thing that I checked my service manual just before I drained and refilled the transmission. The 2013 650 burgman transmission takes regular 10w40 motorcycle engine oil. Yeah, the exact same same stuff as the engine. Worst part: I'd forgotten my service manual, and I asked the parts guy to confirm that the bike needed transmission oil and not regular oil. Don't trust the parts guys to know what you need. So no, I am NOT a fan. read more
