I purchased several CRF250F dirt bikes and the sale went great!! Very quick turn around and excellent to deal with! Everyone was helpful, we bought some parts and ordered what we needed. Austin was a great salesman and very helpful!!

You can tell what a company is really like once they take your money. Bought the bike 4 years ago from MotoMember Manassas and it now has over 64000 miles on it. Took it in for warranty work, fuel pump recall and saddlebag switch. Easy in, easy out. Service desk and techs are amazing here. $0.00 paid. Happy to know that the company and the dealership stand by you even after all the years and miles.

    Tuned and ready to go!

I had Kevin help me out today, he was very straightforward and quick to help. I am very appreciative of his service, couldn't be happier.

We set up an appointment and two days later i came in and got what i was looking for. In response, I received a text, a voice mail, and email asking when I could come in to test drive and see the unit. I respond and again ask for the out the door price. They tell me they are working on the numbers. I then receive a voice mail and text message that I must telephone to receive their quote. When I resist and tell them I'll just pass, I receive a lecture about the state of the market, and that my "presence" is my leverage. I live 2 hours away and they refused to put any quote in writing. Said they would share numbers only over the telephone. I then was turned over by text message to a "sales manager" who again wants to lecture me that they are the most competitive dealer around.....but apparently they fear people sharing their written quotes with other dealers and getting a better quote. Does that combo make sense to you? I'm 50+ years old and pay cash for my cars, motorcycles, boat, ATVs, etc. But apparently, I can't be trusted to receive a written quote on a product they are trying to sell. Perhaps they should not solicit business online if they prefer to handle things via telephone. They said they want to "earn" my business, yet refuse to send a simple quote. If a business thinks they are going to "earn" my business by not appreciating the value of my time and not trusting me with a written quote, I find it concerning. They will tell you by text they are the most competitive around but they will not prove it by actually issuing a detailed out the door quote. They claim I needed to speak by phone to get the most accurate information I needed. It's not that complex. A price and the taxes and fees, etc. They simply don't want to put it in writing. If you prefer to play games like this, the dealership is for you.

When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

At first I was worried I'd maybe bought something too small but once I had it over the bike, it was covering all the essential bits snugly. Geza Gear motorcycle covers are the best you can buy to protect your motorcycle inside and outside of the garage. I purchased my first cover in 2011 for my 2000 Kawasaki ZX-6R. I needed another cover for my 2024 Kawasaki ZX-6R 636 40th Anniversary Edition and as luck would have it, Geza Gear was there to the rescue. My first cover had worked so well, that I would have been insane to not purchase another one. There have been a couple small changes since my first purchase, like the badge and the mirror covers. Now, the mirror covers are sewn in and my previous version they were loose (there are cinch cords to tighten for towing purposes). For my 2024, I currently choose to fold my mirrors up when not in use, but that is not a problem. The mirror sleeves tuck in nicely out of the way. If you love your motorcycles as much as I love mine, show it by purchasing a cover from Geza Gear. If you take care of them, they will take care of you.

It's also a great place to learn more about your machine, make repairs, and customize. Gear selection is limited to make finding what you want easy. The shop is very spacious to keep the space feeling more like a hangout than a warehouse for merchandise. A lot of the brands are not distributed by any other brick and mortar shop in the area (Saint comes to mind), and all are high quality and stuff you would actually buy. There is also a selection of supplies, which is targeted for members if the motorcycle club. They stock 15-50 boxer oil which is hard to find to support the boxer owners that are members. This evolving support is part of what makes membership valuable. Which brings us to membership. Half of the space is a members only garage which is available by signing up for one of a few membership tiers. Dues vary with access: higher tiers cost more and give you more time to make use if the garage space, use the wide assortment of shop tools, and in a few cases give access to specialized machinery. Classes that are made available to the public are offered to members at a discounted rate. It's common for 2-3 different projects being worked on, and collaboration is natural. The DC moto scene is small but welcoming, and Dunn Lewis is definitely a good place to connect. They offer events and rides that are available for anyone, and it would be hard not to get involved with DC moto clubs like dirt church if you hang around the shop. Mason and Laurel who run the shop are always available for tips on what's happening around the city and are a huge part of what make DLMC worth supporting. There's also great food and bars on the same block. Worth mentioning. As far as what could be better: it's a new space and features are growing. So if it doesn't have everything you need, you might have to wait for them to bring it in. But you only need to make the suggestion and it's something you'll probably see in the future. All moto and scooter riders are welcome. More than worth a look.
