The backpacks that I looked at were a bit larger and heavier than what I am looking for. I perused several sandals and the first pair of Teva sandals I saw were ginormous. The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. One of our bikes' SRAM shifter/derailleur was acting up. They spent 10-15 minutes working on it to help us out -- updated the firmware and diagnosed the problem. We had trouble with some ski boots purchased at sun and ski being tight on the front of the foot…read more We went back to sun and ski, totally expecting to have to plead our case for someone to help. Instead, we got great customer service and sympathetic and helpful ski boot fitter. Alex waz great and she listened and helped. She heat molded the boot, putting a piece of foam around the front of the foot, so the boot molding could expand more when heated. We went back skiing the next day and the fix worked amazing. My daughter said the boots felt great and the tightness was gone.
