Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes. Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Someone told me about Seatco and I took it there for an estimate and left it for couple of days. They took out some other areas which cleared the leaks! We had a major storm couple of days ago and NO leaks! So if you have any water leaks or issues inside your car I would definitely recommend Seatco!

However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long.
