I went there for an upgrade on two iPhones and traded in both phones and somehow the employee added a new line with a CALIFORNIA number. Dude, I live in Virginia, how are you going to add stuff to my bill that I didnt even ask for? Ive never written a review on a business in my life, but genuinely dont understand this place and their sketchy business. Even after calling Verizon customer service, the lady on the phone was sketched out and advised me to go speak to this gentleman in person to find out what he was doing. Anyway, dont recommend this place, go to a real Verizon not this place under Russell Cellular.

I wasn't even expecting this but I got my plan activated and new iphone in my color choice. even better yet... got my new iPhone delivered, set up and working (Calls, text, apps) etc..the next day!!!! He even double check that once all up and running if anything was missing, needed to update or fix and checking to make sure no issues with new phone or cellular connection!! Hands down, great place and glad I switch back to this carrier. Also, want best service and understanding go here!!

    I needed an iPhone with a service plan - so after doing some research on service plans - I opted to…read morego with T-Mobile. What I did not understand - is the service plans listed on the T-Mobile web site - are not necessarily available in the physical stores. I had stopped in to this store earlier in the day - and talked to one of the sales people. I shared that I had a brand new iPhone in the box - and that I had looked over the plans on the web site - and had questions about a couple of the plans before I selected one. In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home. Employees act like a customer walking in is such an inconvenience. I tried to purchase a phone and pay for it with my card instead of financing it through T-Mobile and they refused.     Do not buy screen protectors from Verizon. They cost about $70, and mine lasted less than two…read moreweeks. I later purchased a screen protector on Amazon for under $40, and it's lasted me two years. What they don't clearly tell you is that their "lifetime warranty" isn't really free -- you still have to pay a $10 shipping fee each time. For that price, I could just buy another protector elsewhere and still spend less. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing. The staff acted like I needed them more than they needed my business, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I won't be buying accessories from Verizon again.

My wife was told by another Verizon location (Sowder Village) to come here for help with our business account. As soon as she walked in, Mark hit her with a rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional line: "So, they messed up your promotion and told you to come here, that makes no sense." That's not just a bad first impression -- it's unprofessional and completely unacceptable coming from someone in a management role. And it only got worse from there. Another employee started helping her and was actually making progress, being respectful and professional -- until Mark butted in again. For no reason. He got aggressive, talked down to her, and even had the nerve to call her "emotional." Really? That's how you talk to customers? The employee was literally about to give her the contact info she needed to resolve the issue. Instead, Mark decided to play tough guy and shut everything down. He completely derailed the situation and made it clear he'd rather flex his title than actually help. This isn't just a customer account -- it's a business line. If Verizon thinks this is acceptable behavior from corporate store management, that tells me everything I need to know about how they treat long-time customers. Mark - I'll be seeing you in person. You owe my wife a direct apology, and I plan to make sure this doesn't get brushed under the rug. Verizon: save your lame copy/paste apology. Handle your people.

I saw three employees in the store as I walked in, one employee stood up to help a couple that walked in before me. After standing there for a minute or two and seen two employees talking behind their desk I walked up to them and asked if someone could take the time to help me out. From the two employees, a male and a female, the male (named Jimmy) stood up and says, "I'm not in the clock but, I guess I could help you." I told him, I'm about to purchase 5 new phones for my company and I am about to make this worth if for you. Jimmy didn't seem very motivated to help, instead he was very confrontational and rude. I was ready to purchase 5 new note 10's for my company. After four minutes I walked out. Thanks to Jimmy this store just lost a huge sale. I am headed to AT&T in Leesburg. My advise here to AT&T managers would be, train your employees to be great sales people, friendly and welcoming. This type of attitude isn't adequate for sales. Jimmy, get some training and be kind and courteous because if you make potential customers feel important they are more than likely to purchase anything you sell, even if it's a bit out of their spending limits.
