They fixed my screen promptly and offered a fair selection of Otter Box for purchase. I walked passed half a dozen cell phone fixer kiosks in the mall hoping that I'd picked a good place to go. So shady! They originally told me $84.99 then charged me $112. I asked for my old screen back and they refused to give it to me because they said they sell it to make money off of it. Then he said he would give it to me for $20 and refused to let me have it until I gave it to him. All of this while he is yelling at me. I would give him 0 stars if I could. read more

I cracked my I phone 6s screen 2 times.They fixed both times..second was so bad and I needed the phone at that time..it was 15 minutes earlier than mall closing time..I begged literally.they said they can help me..I went to store...while I was having nice chat with them they fixed my phone in very short time..they are amazingly friendly and professional..they definitely need more than 5 stars..I use my phone for 5 months after they fixed it last time..it works great..and whenever I go to Potomac Mills mall, always stop at Celldoc to say hi to great team..Thank you Denise.. read more

This is terrible. I cracked my screen, so I went to go get it fixed here, never again. 100 dollars to fix the crack, but the screen falls off, the phone starts pressing things on its own, and, they have horrible costumer service, they kept laughing at me, and looking at me weirdly. Cell doc is the single worse place to take your phone my girlfriends phone screen was broken so we went in to get it fixed it cost 75 dollars which was not bad til they broke her phone both cameras and the flash light do not work we kept going in every week for 2 months with them replacing parts and telling me that if it did not work they would replace the phone ... well when it came time to replace the broken phone they did not want to keep their many promises to replace it and I had to argue with them for an hour before the gave me my money back and we had to go replace her phone at metro pcs. STAY AWAY NOT GOOD SERVICE they will be nice to you as long as you are doing what they want you to do . read more

I don't usually write reviews but today I will :). Long story short I dropped my phone, screen cracked horribly I went to ATT to see if could get my upgrade and they told me I had to pay like 450$ because the cracked screen or fix the screen and pay 285$ ehhh ! Terrible so I went to ubreakitwefixit I think that's what's it called, by GameStop in the taco bell plaza around 630 pm , they said to fix the screen it would be 149.99. Ok fine let's fix it , my phone looks crazy! then I was told to come back tomorrow because it will take some time and they were closing at 7pm. Gesh! Ok fine ! a little upset because I have a seven day work stretch with literally no time in between but ehh I dropped my phone, my fault , now I have to deal with it. My friend said to me cmon I know a place in the mall and I've had several phones fixed with them they are great and the price is good. Hesitant because ugh! I hate the crowded malls but we parked by tjmaxx went in and bam! No long mall walks lol:) perfect!! Went inside to be greeted by Ismet who was working with other customers but acknowledged we were there and asked how he can help. He looked at my phone said 84.99$ and he could do it right then. Perfect!! Let's do it. The whole time in the store while Ismet multitasked working on 2 broken phones , greeting and helping other customers at the same time, never once made us feel neglected. We all had some laughs, danced a little , bought some pretzel dogs next door and just had a great time while my raggity iPhone 7plus with a horribly cracked screen and broken camera lens was being fixed to perfection by Ismet. So the other company said 149.99 just for the cracked screen . Ismet fixed the front screen and the camera lens , I bought a new case and a new car charger all for 153.00$ whattttttt! Nice! My phone is back to amazingness, and we all had a great time .. I highly recommend this place not only for the quality work they do at a decent price , but for the atmosphere of not feeling like we were just another couple of dollars walking in and walking out!! So thank you Ismet, not only was your work quality, your kindness and acceptance and treating your customers as if you have known them for years was well worth it to me to write this review and definitely recommend you and your store to my friends and colleagues . Ismet you rock! Thank you so much ! Working with the public is not always easy, and we cannot always please everyone , but I feel that you have more happy customers than unhappy ones and that's a plus!! If I could give 10 stars I would all the way around, of course with quality as my phone is amazing, the price is phenomenal compared to others and the atmosphere was key! exceptional service across the board and that was all because of an you Ismet. Horrible repairs and don't honor their own warranty. Had them replace my cracked screen and 3 weeks later they wouldn't honor the 3 month warranty when the screen went black. Phone looked good when they fixed it but 3 weeks later the screen is black and worse off than before I took it to them. They said 3 month warranty but won't honor it and won't give me any information about who to contact to find out why it isn't covered. Stay away. read more

I went in the other day, was kindly greeted and they got to working on my phone almost immediately. I had a broken iPhone 7 screen and LCD and they had finished my phone within 20 minutes. Great customer service, took a reasonable time to fix the phone at a reasonable price. My phone is back to brand new. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired! read more

Totally not worth it. I got my screen repair and even bought those glass screen protector because they suggested it. Then within a month, my phone broke again when I drop then from my office desk where it was carpeted. I understand that phone can be broken from a drop but the glass screen protector didn't even work!!!!! It just feel cheated because they told me that its going to protect my phone from most drop but when I drop my phone on a carpet floor, not even a few inch from my desk. They also over charged because my brother told me that his phone screen was fixed for only $45 and I paid over $100. They overcharged and make you purchase usually thing that probably will not work. Just try somewhere else. read more
