We assumed our niece had done something wrong and scolded her again, but she started crying and said it wasn't her fault, and showed us the contract. When we looked at it, the handwriting was the owner's. Our niece had been telling the truth -- the owner had deliberately taken advantage of her because she was young, and when we confronted him, he had the nerve to act offended and deny everything. I would never recommend this place. If you don't want to get scammed, do not go here. It's been a while since this happened, but I'm still angry about it. They eventually fixed my issue but I would have been okay if they hadn't because they put alot of effort into it and listened to my concern. Now my second experience, there was a wait which I do not mind because they were busy and we've all been there, but when I sat with a different representative was a different experience. When I expressed my concern about not getting attachments on my phone, he asked me what kind. Now I understand there are different types but he made it sound like I should have known. He then brought up different facts about texting which was not my problem. His mannerism was a bit pushy and it seemed as though he was reading from a book. He kept cutting me off and anything I said didn't seem to be getting through. Overall, this is still a good location, but I would probably not go out of my way to come here.

Had a claim through Asurion for a front screen repair on…read morea phone with completely fine internals, motherboard, but due to cracking on the back a $29 dollar screen replacement "could not be done", and instead a $250 replacement sham for an iPhone 15 pro. All of this despite the fact that I relayed the cracked back when I went to fill out my claim, and specifically stated I only wanted the front fixed, to which they obliged. There is customer service, and then there is Sean G.'s customer service. I had a bit of a wait at…read morethe McLean store, so had the opportunity to watch Sean provide thoughtful and helpful service to the two customers before me. He went above and beyond with all of us. I contrast this with the Tyson's store on Leesburg Pike, which screwed up my business phone line. Sean sorted it all out and sent me on my way a very happy customer. While at the store a gentleman came in who was quite obviously in some sort of altered state. He was unkempt and largely incoherent, becoming agitated when asked for ID to verify his account. Another female customer and I both sensed danger and tensed up; meanwhile, Sean handled him calmly and respectfully until he finally left. When he returned 30 or so minutes later, I immediately set my phone to 911 just in case, but Sean once again handled him like a pro. I have no doubt that the situation could have gone south quickly had Sean shown any trace of irritation or anger. Store manager, give that man a raise!

Two days later, the entire screen stopped working. They replaced it again, and just four days later, it stopped working again. When I returned, they gave me a hard time and blamed the issue on damage that they never mentioned before either repair. It's extremely frustrating to pay to have one thing fixed, only to have the same problem happen twice and then be blamed for it. I would not recommend this company.
