They sent the kit for me to trade in my old devices to an address I haven't lived at for YEARS because he didn't even bother to verify my current mailing address. I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. There friendliness of this place went from Bert and Ernie to to the foul stench one's ass makes on the royal throne. I have been here on and off during different years and the faces have come and gone. Getting help or any useful information was for naught. The last time I was here was this year March or April 2023. I had bought my phone at another store, but needed a protective screen for my phone. The person that assisted me happen to be the same person I had a unpleasant dealing with the last time. Nevertheless, I needed a protective screen and was short on time. The associate sold me the protective screen and put it on. Something I was prepared to do myself. He suggested I buy some device to determine what the issue is and go from there. I said no, I'd rather they perform any checks without me having to come out of pocket for it. A few days passed and I called for an update, and they confirmed I indeed needed a new network card. What was supposed to come in a few days turned into a week and a half of me calling for updates until the part finally arrived. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $120 instead of the $100 I was quoted until I mentioned I already paid $20. They initially told me I'd have to pay $60 for a diagnostic fee as well, but they never brought that up again. I received a 15% off coupon they emailed me after my 1st visit, which they applied. I appreciated them fixing my laptop, but they need better communication/customer service training here.
