I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. He was fairly certain my drivers needed to be changed. He took my laptop and in less than 10 minutes he returned showing me the problem was fixed. He charged me $20 (it was $30 but I had a $10 coupon) and said if I had to come back for further service it would be applied to any repair charges. Of course when I got home the wifi was not working again. Upon going back, I was met with someone else whom I had to explain the situation to. He suggested I buy some device to determine what the issue is and go from there. I said no, I'd rather they perform any checks without me having to come out of pocket for it. A few days passed and I called for an update, and they confirmed I indeed needed a new network card. What was supposed to come in a few days turned into a week and a half of me calling for updates until the part finally arrived. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $120 instead of the $100 I was quoted until I mentioned I already paid $20. They initially told me I'd have to pay $60 for a diagnostic fee as well, but they never brought that up again. I received a 15% off coupon they emailed me after my 1st visit, which they applied.
