In fact, even though my Verizon wireless service has no problems with the Internet, I am unable to make any phone calls to anybody. Why didn't they try to reach me when this happened? They knew there was a problem. I will try to reach them by email. UPDATE: They disabled their email support in 2018.

A young sales associate assisted, he seemed to be in a hurry, told me how his baby mother trapped him (TMI). We didn't even know the transaction was over, he just walked off. They sent the kit for me to trade in my old devices to an address I haven't lived at for YEARS because he didn't even bother to verify my current mailing address. I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. I think there needs to be more attention to detail from the employees in this store.

I want to specifically recognize Brian for the exceptional service he has provided every time I…read morehave visited this Verizon store. This is not based on one interaction -- I have worked with him approximately four different times, and on every occasion his professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help have been outstanding. During these visits, Brian has assisted me with multiple needs, including technical support, plan questions, billing and account issues, and general account assistance. No matter what the situation has been, he consistently takes the time to listen carefully, understand the issue, explain everything clearly, and find the best possible solution. Most importantly, he always makes sure the issue is fully resolved before I leave. What truly sets Brian apart is that he consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. He is never rushed, dismissive, or impatient. He is respectful, attentive, solution-focused, and genuinely committed to helping the customer. His level of service has been consistently excellent across every interaction I have had with him. I have been a customer of different wireless companies over the years, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of consistently excellent customer service with any other wireless provider. Brian has completely changed my perception of what outstanding customer service can look like. Verizon should recognize Brian for the exceptional level of professionalism, service, and customer care he consistently provides. Employees like him are a major reason customers remain loyal to a company. He represents Verizon extremely well and truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond every single time.

Let's first start by saying that Craig (I sure hope that was his name as it's the only thing coming…read moreto mind) was a phone saver! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon after what seemed like a ton of unsuccessful experiences with Verizon (via the online customer service tool and another Verizon location). Due to prior Verizon customer support not being able to determine a successful resolution to my issue, I was essentially without a workable phone for almost three full days. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Craig who asked what brought me in. After I explained what my issue was and explained my experience thus far with Verizon regarding this issue, he immediately assured me that it was a quick fix (which it was). He quickly learned that the last step of setting up my eSIM was unfortunately not completed successfully (which was activating the eSIM) which caused none of my calls, text, and internet services to work without WiFi. With his knowledge and expertise, I was probably at Verizon for all of 15 minutes, if that, and left with a working phone. Big props to Craig, who allowed me to leave as a satisfied customer.

Long story short -- poor customer service including not picking up the phone when we called and making excuses -- needless to say regardless of location we will never return to this store. He let us know how much the trade-in was worth and told us about different discounts/promotions including a $1 Apple Watch that came with the upgrade. Most of the negative reviews for this location deal with long wait times or different online vs. in-store information. I would probably not recommend visiting over the weekends or when the mall is too full, but during the week it's great! I did not have an issue with online information being wrong either, we called an AT&T store ahead of time and got a quote for our current phone's trade-in value that was the same as Frankie offered.
