    Joseph was a Big help. We switched from Sprint and he was very patient and made it very seem less. Great people! Wish I did this years ago.

He scraped out some gunk (I wasn't able to do that!), told me that he'd be back in 15 minutes to let me know either that it was now able to charge or we'd have to take stronger measures. He returned approximately 15 minutes later with my phone charged to 10%. I bought an Assurion contract for about $40 including tax and that covered the $30 cleaning charge. I was greeted by Julio, and I was explaining my situation he suggested he knew what the issue was before I could finish or show him the error message I received. He was fairly certain my drivers needed to be changed. He took my laptop and in less than 10 minutes he returned showing me the problem was fixed. I was skeptical, especially since fixes my cousin and myself performed showed success until reverting back. He charged me $20 (it was $30 but I had a $10 coupon) and said if I had to come back for further service it would be applied to any repair charges. Of course when I got home the wifi was not working again. Upon going back, I was met with someone else whom I had to explain the situation to. He suggested I buy some device to determine what the issue is and go from there. I said no, I'd rather they perform any checks without me having to come out of pocket for it. A few days passed and I called for an update, and they confirmed I indeed needed a new network card. What was supposed to come in a few days turned into a week and a half of me calling for updates until the part finally arrived. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $120 instead of the $100 I was quoted until I mentioned I already paid $20. They initially told me I'd have to pay $60 for a diagnostic fee as well, but they never brought that up again. I received a 15% off coupon they emailed me after my 1st visit, which they applied. I appreciated them fixing my laptop, but they need better communication/customer service training here.

    Let's first start by saying that Craig (I sure hope that was his name as it's the only thing coming…read moreto mind) was a phone saver! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon after what seemed like a ton of unsuccessful experiences with Verizon (via the online customer service tool and another Verizon location). Due to prior Verizon customer support not being able to determine a successful resolution to my issue, I was essentially without a workable phone for almost three full days. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by Craig who asked what brought me in. After I explained what my issue was and explained my experience thus far with Verizon regarding this issue, he immediately assured me that it was a quick fix (which it was). He quickly learned that the last step of setting up my eSIM was unfortunately not completed successfully (which was activating the eSIM) which caused none of my calls, text, and internet services to work without WiFi. With his knowledge and expertise, I was probably at Verizon for all of 15 minutes, if that, and left with a working phone. Big props to Craig, who allowed me to leave as a satisfied customer.

I no…read morelonger work in that area but I now go out of my way because of the very kind and helpful support I have received from the staff, especially Everett Kline. Mr. Kline has helped me over the years with many issues related to my Verizon service, including today. I am extremely grateful. I drive there all the way from Springfield because of the extra support and expertise.
