This was not my first time with a less than average experience at this location- feel all they care about is commission and making a pretty buck. As soon as Vaughn found out he wasn't going to be selling anything and we were trading in a phone (we imitated a process for upgrade at a location closer to us but were told we needed to go to a corporate location to trade it in), his demeanor was less than welcoming, he was muttering so we could barely hear what he was saying, and he was just haphazardly throwing things around. There was an admin issue and he said he couldn't help us- I asked very kindly, since it was an error on T-Mobile's part could he fix it and then help us so we could complete the transaction. He said there was nothing he can do, and made me call customer service. Customer service said that they could fit it in store so we could finish it, but Vaughn refused so I asked for the manager. After a bit of waiting, Brandy (the manager) came out with no intention to help- just straight off the bat- "this ain't our fault so you should go back to the other location" despite the simple fix that customer service recommended them and then threatened us with a restocking fee of some sort-for what, I have no idea. No wonder Vaughn behaved the way he did, his boss isn't any better. If you do decide to go into this location, good luck! Hope you don't have the same experience as me.

The associate was not welcoming and almost dismissive. He told me the device wasn't available at his store even though a T-Mobile call agent directed me to go there. He then asked a colleague if customer service had called him and the colleague said no. The associate seemed to want me to just go away and didn't offer to help in any way, like by finding the device at another store. Stay away from this store if you expect good customer service.

Kevin is incredible and we will pretty much only be working with him from now on. He is efficient,…read morecommunicative, and always leaves his jobs clean (no scratched floors). In 2 hours Kevin caulked all the baseboards in our 2BR house, re-caulked the showers in our bathrooms, and swapped out electrical covers. He was efficient, and always generous whenever we made an additional request. We got to know Kevin because another handyman screwed up our TV installation (and scratched the floor while he was at it). Our TV looks great now. Kevin also correctly diagnosed what was causing a leaking faucet from and politely let us know it's not a service he offers. We took the diagnosis of a plumber over Kevin's and ended up regretting it as the problem got worse; the plumber then told us Kevin's diagnosis was correct. (The plumber also scratched up our floor while he was at it.)
