This was not my first time with a less than average experience at this location- feel all they care about is commission and making a pretty buck. As soon as Vaughn found out he wasn't going to be selling anything and we were trading in a phone (we imitated a process for upgrade at a location closer to us but were told we needed to go to a corporate location to trade it in), his demeanor was less than welcoming, he was muttering so we could barely hear what he was saying, and he was just haphazardly throwing things around. There was an admin issue and he said he couldn't help us- I asked very kindly, since it was an error on T-Mobile's part could he fix it and then help us so we could complete the transaction. He said there was nothing he can do, and made me call customer service. Customer service said that they could fit it in store so we could finish it, but Vaughn refused so I asked for the manager. After a bit of waiting, Brandy (the manager) came out with no intention to help- just straight off the bat- "this ain't our fault so you should go back to the other location" despite the simple fix that customer service recommended them and then threatened us with a restocking fee of some sort-for what, I have no idea. No wonder Vaughn behaved the way he did, his boss isn't any better. If you do decide to go into this location, good luck! Hope you don't have the same experience as me.

In 2 hours Kevin caulked all the baseboards in our 2BR house, re-caulked the showers in our bathrooms, and swapped out electrical covers. He was efficient, and always generous whenever we made an additional request. We got to know Kevin because another handyman screwed up our TV installation (and scratched the floor while he was at it). Our TV looks great now. Kevin also correctly diagnosed what was causing a leaking faucet from and politely let us know it's not a service he offers. We took the diagnosis of a plumber over Kevin's and ended up regretting it as the problem got worse; the plumber then told us Kevin's diagnosis was correct. (The plumber also scratched up our floor while he was at it.)

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!…read more I don't even want to give a star. I had a cracked iPhone screen. Brought it here because I had a fair experience years ago on an older iPad. I was so wrong to do that. After showing the guy my phone he quickly went to work and had the screen changed within 30 minutes. HERE IS THE PROBLEM..... After replacing it he shows me my phone which now has a message stating that it's not a genuine apple part. I ask him about it and all I get is "it's ok, it's, ok". Well it's not ok. My screen isn't working right, my battery (which I just finished charging) is half way after being on my phone for less than 20 min, and stuff that worked before EVEN WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN is no longer working. I went back the very next day to request a genuine apple part replacement and the owner basically says I'm stupid and everyone knows that you can only get apple parts from apple. NOT TRUE. I searched the internet and found a few places that do it. I'm most upset that the guy did not tell me it wasn't going to be an apple part. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY DECISION, not theirs. I was planning to go back again to get another screen, after wasting almost $500. It's actually not even worth it. I want my money back. But the scam of an owner isn't going to do that. He's got it all over the receipt that all sales are final. I hope you feel good about yourself owner and repair guy.
