Save yourself and go to a different location, or maybe save yourself the trouble and opt for an alternative phone company. This was not my first time with a less than average experience at this location- feel all they care about is commission and making a pretty buck. As soon as Vaughn found out he wasn't going to be selling anything and we were trading in a phone (we imitated a process for upgrade at a location closer to us but were told we needed to go to a corporate location to trade it in), his demeanor was less than welcoming, he was muttering so we could barely hear what he was saying, and he was just haphazardly throwing things around. There was an admin issue and he said he couldn't help us- I asked very kindly, since it was an error on T-Mobile's part could he fix it and then help us so we could complete the transaction. He said there was nothing he can do, and made me call customer service. Customer service said that they could fit it in store so we could finish it, but Vaughn refused so I asked for the manager. After a bit of waiting, Brandy (the manager) came out with no intention to help- just straight off the bat- "this ain't our fault so you should go back to the other location" despite the simple fix that customer service recommended them and then threatened us with a restocking fee of some sort-for what, I have no idea. No wonder Vaughn behaved the way he did, his boss isn't any better. If you do decide to go into this location, good luck! Hope you don't have the same experience as me. read more

Very disappointed by customer service at the Springfield Town Center store. I Just visited to purchase an iPhone 15 and add a new line to my account. The associate was not welcoming and almost dismissive. He told me the device wasn't available at his store even though a T-Mobile call agent directed me to go there. He then asked a colleague if customer service had called him and the colleague said no. The associate seemed to want me to just go away and didn't offer to help in any way, like by finding the device at another store. Stay away from this store if you expect good customer service. read more

I went in there hoping to switch to t mobile. I had an associate who helped me and run my credit. Then, he later came back and told me that I would have to trade in my phones to get them pay off my contract. although the associate was very helpful, if the staff is knowledgeable off the bat, I wouldn't wait for the whole process then later find out something different. read more

TMobile merged with Sprint and customer service has just gone down hill overall (many locations and the 1800 customer service center)...TMobile has to do better to retain us as customers or we are leaving for another carrier. Its about quality not quantity. read more

This review is for T-Mobile in general. I have been a customer for over 15 years. The service has totally gone downhill. Representives from the stores and the 611 customer line do not know nor have the same informaiton regarding services on the phones, the data, the general abilities of the company. I was told I cannot buy an unlocked phone to use in China. I want to upgrade my Blackberry and wanted to buy a new Galaxy 3. Various T-Mobile store salespeople told me I had to have the phone for 40 days. I called T-Mobilie and since my phone number has been in my possession for over 15 years, they said NO PROBLEM, the phone would be unlocked within 24 hours. I bought the phone. Today, I get an email saying they COULD NOT unlock the phone. ARGH. I will have to now try to get T-Mobile to unlock OR reactivate my Blackberry. What a goatrope. Does anyone get training at this company on what can and cannot be done with the phones, or service? This is SOOOO frustrating!!!!! I am a long time customer who just wants to upgrade to a newer phone and the time I have wasted, talking to one T-Mobile rep after another is maddening!!!!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!! read more

Store reps aren't knowledgeable on plans and they have tried to add extra services to my plan despite me telling them I don't want anything extra. They did so anyway to help meet their monthly Quota. There's really no way to hold T-Mobile stores accountable. read more
