Worst customer service ever! Emily and another sale rep (male) stood outside the store, we tried to walk into the store to purchase 3 iPhones 15s, they told us we couldn't come in the store to look at the phones and recommended we go to Target to get the phones. I was warned by another At&T location that this store customer service was poor, should've taken their advice. If I could give a zero I definitely would, both of the reps laugh in my family members face after I asked why we weren't allowed to enter the store. My mother felt as if we were racially profiled when the reps spoke about customers stealing. Honestly I'm still in disbelief that they told us to go to Target. One word for this store Ghetto. I highly recommend AT&T higher cooperation take a look into the immaturity of their employees. read more

Don't jump all at once! These employees are not helpful at all! We went in to return AirPods we bought only a week before that weren't even opened and charged $25 for a restocking fee when clearly on AT&T website states as long as Apple products are not opened can be return without a restocking fee. Mind you again it was under a week we had them. We paid still and called AT&T like they mentioned we do. AT&T customer services also stated we shouldn't have been charged and put notes on our ACCOUNT that it was the policy. When we called them back to let them know Ronald refused to even check our account to read the notes AT&T put in 5 mins before calling them. Ronald kept it short and said that he couldn't help because he wasn't the manger and when we asked for one they apparently didn't have one on that day. Also the phone number on the receipt is not their store number. It's a number that redirects you to some random sales line for AT&T. Buyers beware. Go to an actual corporate location!!!! read more

I was excited about getting a phone and new service, and left with a crushed feelings. This visit felt wierd. Nothing about was right. I recommend going to an actual store not in a mall. Nothing more fun than spending your day in the mall to upgrade you phones. However, this trip was particularly pleasant. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Tipton who help guide us through the maze of getting new phones, plans, accessories etc. Daniel not only patiently explained everything to us he remained patient during my many, many....did I say many? questions. He answered them calmly and effectively. He wasn't pushing one product or anther, he simply asked us which product we preferred and began to explain to us everything we needed to know and let us make the final decision. After all was said and done, I had to have my phone and gear I purchased sent to my house. He mentioned when it came in to come back to the store and he would help me get it all set up and working. Unfortunately the day I went back Mr. Tipton was not at the store and the person who helped me was not much help. He did download my information but that was it. He was not familiar with anything else, unless it was iPhone related. The store manager on duty at the time not much better. I caught up with Daniel Tipton the following weekend and he did as he promised. He set up my phone and connected my gear. He even gave me some quick tutorials. He said to come back or call him anytime I needed any help with my devices and I believe he meant it. I can without a doubt say that had Daniel Tipton not been the person who helped us the first day we walked in, we would be (insert other mobile provider here) clients. Thank you Daniel! I attended the AT&T establishment on 4/19 at appx one pm to upgrade an iPhone. I have been a customer for 15 years. The authorized users on the account is my mother (who suffers from dementia) and a brother who is in a psychiatric facility. I pay all bills associated with this account and have updated this account with plenty of other credentials in the past (addresses, passcodes, SSNs, etc.) I was directed to this store specifically because they were an authorized dealer who could allow transactions like this. The man working at the store (he said his name was Christopher Williams, but had no business card or proof of that whatsoever) told me to leave after I began asking questions about why he couldn't help me. He retrieved mall security who asked me to leave the store, which I did. Then I went to another location and had them fix the screen on my current device, and ended up returning to AT&T because I realized Chris never gave me his actual name, just a blank business card. At that point, I tried to take a picture of his face and he called the police on me. Not mall Cops, the police. Security threatened to arrest me and asked me to leave the mall, which I did. When I went outside of the building, I was met by four cops wanting to get my id and ask questions. I know my rights so I did not comply with any of their requests and I left because that is what I had been trying to do the entire time. It is extremely dangerous doing business with an associate such as this " Chrisopher Williams" at AT&T because they are not accountable by the actions of their business and are quick to deflect blame to innocent customers. I have young children, an executive-level job that requires a high level clearance, I have countless respected colleagues and peers who can attest to my character, and we spend countless dollars at AT&T, but not any longer. Clearly your employees have no regard for conducting fair and ethical business practices and we will NEVER be back nor would we recommend it to ANYONE. If there is ONE ray of light in this debacle it is the man who assisted me after I left the presence of the cops (a mall director of operations), who kept an eye on me in the parking lot until I was safely at my vehicle. I had a medical panic attack that required immediate medical attention and this man was the only person who gave any regard to my health and well being. I apologize for not remembering his name, but he is the only one worth of praise in this situation, and the only reason I wasn't taken away in an ambulance. When i first switched to att, i decided to order a phone online and get it shipped to this store. when i got an email that says it's available for pickup and to pick it up before a certain date, i went within the time frame it gave me and the store said they didnt have the phone i ordered, and to either pick a different color or to come back at another time. they tried to tell me that the phones were very popular and to keep checking back at the store if i wanted that specific color. ??? i literally ordered it for a reason and they sold my order to somebody else. i had no choice but to pick a different color and when they activated my phone, they asked if i wanted any extra protection plans and i said no, and they added it anyways. i had to call att when i got home to cancel it. my service with att is great and i love it, huge improvement from sprint, but my experience with this att store was very negative. read more

The team at the Springfield Mall store is awesome! I've worked with them in the past to purchase my very first Alpha glass screen cover, which has saved my iPhone 6s+ for the second time now. They took a lot of time to explain options for my phone, rather than leaving me to go do a lot of research. I brought my cracked alpha glass screen replacement in today. Daniel Tipton and Oscar Sanchez assisted me in removing the cracked screen and in seamlessly placing the new one. A-1 attention to detail and customer service - they were meticulous and cleaning off the phone and in placing the new screen. They inspired my trust. I had a bit of a complicated situation with an account that was fraudulently made and the manager of this AT&T, Xavier Hernandez, was extremely patient with me to help sort it out. I came in a few weeks ago to dispute my bill which seemed really high and I was assisted by the Manager on duty. He was very understanding and took time to answer all my questions. In fact, he took so much time to work with me, that he found some odd charges that I wasn't aware of, called customer service, and helped me lower my bill!! He then proceeded to offer me a tablet that allows me to watch my existing Directv service on it free of charge! So glad I came in this store! The staff is friendly too! Awesome! read more

I recently purchased a Groupon ($20 for $50) to Portables, knowing that my husband would be getting an iPhone and needing at leaast a case. We went to the Springfield Mall location this past weekend and it was the most pathetic little kiosk. Each case had maybe 10 items in it, and there were only two options for iPhone cases. I'm hoping that one of the other locations has a better selection, otherwise I may be writing to Groupon for a refund! read more
