They had my daughters laptop for over 3 weeks and when I went in to just take it back without the work being done they said "come tomorrow it will be done, the laptop is in Maryland." I call them to take my Nintendo switch for a charger issues ( as you can see my screen was working I have picture of 2 days before I took it there) I called them on Wednesday night last week they say it would of take 3 hours to fixed I told them was going to be there next day in the morning, when I get there they say it would of take 2-3 days FIRST LIED I told them is just the charger because I was using it and the charger start having problems they say $120 and I can come get it on Friday 3 days after I never received a call so I call them , and the guy on the phone say they need 3 more day! SCAM ALERT I called ahead to ask about repairing the front glass on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. They told me there were two options -- a cheaper screen and a "premium" one for $249. When I arrived in person, they suddenly said it would be $290 and only changed the price after I reminded them of what they quoted me on the phone. They bad-mouthed other nearby phone repair kiosks, calling them "scammers" and claiming they were the only honest ones. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I asked if the replacement screen would be any different from the original Apple one, and they confidently said it would be "exactly similar." After the repair, the screen was obviously not the same -- it was glitchy, ran at 60Hz instead of the original 120Hz, and had a thick black border around the display. When I pointed this out, they tried to gaslight me and insisted it was 120Hz, even though a side-by-side comparison proved otherwise. When I asked about the black border, they shrugged it off and said I "didn't specifically ask about that," as if I'm supposed to know the right technical questions to ask. I told them I didn't want the replacement and asked for my old screen back. After they reattached it, my phone screen stopped working entirely -- now it won't even turn on. 8 days ago I was scammed into getting this screen, they taxed me 180 to fix the "issues" I had with it and "felt bad" and gave me one of their cheap protection screens then proceeded to tell me to not come back after making a scene of calling them out for scamming me 300$ all of these phone businesses in Springfield Mall work with each other so don't think any other place would've been better those pop-up stores to the store that is right next to the cafeteria.SCAMS. 20 minutes to 30 minutes go by and you'll be walking around the mall and proceed to see the guy that you gave your phone to in another phone store getting the process done. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD THEY WILL try to see how much money you have on your Apple Pay or cash app card to then "market" a tip they will tell you that they cleaned out your phone that they got all the water out of your phone and all the dust particles out of your phone then proceed to convince you for a 25% tip all I wanted to do is get my phone fixed and now I'm almost $500 on a phone screen.. take these people down before they kill the mall experience for everybody read more

Would not recommend going here to get your screen fixed. They replaced my screen the first time and my screen kept glitching and going completely black. I had to go back in and have them replace it again. Now parts of my screen are super sensitive and will click on things I haven't pressed. Also my whole screen is coming out of my phone and I'm unable to pop it back in. I can see inside my phone and sometimes my screen is so far out I can see it through my camera lens when I'm trying to use the front camera. Super disappointing and I'm afraid my phone is ruined especially with my screen out it's only a matter of time before my phone breaks. Phones are expensive now a days, it's not worth it to get a cheaper repair. read more

I took my a phone that my husband bought from a friend here, to see if they could unlock it. We had originally had T-mobile and the phone worked fine, but when we switched to Verizon, it said it needed to be unlocked. I went in on 11/06/21 and was told it would cost me $190 and take about a week. I live in North Stafford, so I called to check the status of the phone and was never given a direct answer. IT TOOK UNTIL December for me to get the phone back and when I did, it was NOT unlocked. I didn't know this until I got home and gave it to my husband. I am an iphone user and know nothing about androids. I called them and they kept telling me for about a week, to "give it more time, it will work". I called them the first week of January and asked for a refund, seeing no services were rendered. The man on the phone told me in a very nasty voice "we just bought this company out on 01/03/22, whatever issues you have from before then aren't out problem. Sucks to be you". He then hung up. So now I am out of almost $200 and the phone wont work with Verizon. I have since bought him a new phone, but that's not the point. read more

I came here to buy a iPhone. My boyfriend bought the iPhone and had the battery replaced in it as well. We bought a case. The man said it was ten dollars then he changed it to 15 dollars. When I mentioned it he said you THOUGHT it was 10 dollars. Then brought the price back down to 10. That is not how you speak to a customer. This man also had a very non chalant attitude and waved off other customers with just his hand. He was very deceitful in his way of passing down and telling information like stated above. Im updating my review, I never do this. But I couldn't believe what this place did! Okay so the first time took my phone to fix the screen was defective (didn't know at glance) the quality of the screen was super bad you could tell the colors where not true to the iPhone X. Took back again to get it fixed here with the 14 day guarantee... they changed the screen and got me a new one everything was fine, until my phone started to over heat all the time! Mind you my phone had never been opened before it was a brand new phone out of box! Took it to another place downstairs by Target just to find out the battery of my phone is not even the original one for the phone?! How could that happened? I dont know.... maybe they ruined my original battery and DID NOT CARED ON LETTING ME KNOW that it had been replaced!!!!!
