My father went in for a repair of an iPhone 8 Plus and 2 iPads, an iPad mini and air. There was an issue with the iPhone 8 Plus repair because the new screen was faulty and didn't realized until we were home. But after voicing our concerns the owner reached out and he was able to replace the bad screen. We were also hesitant to repair our iPads but were were assured by the owner they would pay close attention to detail and want to make sure customers are happy and their devices work. We spoke on the phone for a while and this was really Important to me and we decided to get the iPads repaired at Cellaris as well. I would recommend 10/10. All I can say is WOW! Peter was an absolute pleasure to work with. I thought my one iPad screen was not fixable, my son drop it with no case and it was smashed to bits. When I picked it up it looked brand new! My iPad Air was the same. Quality work and they offer a 90 day warranty. I dropped my Essential phone and the screen wanted to work but just couldn't. I was going to take my phone to the place my husband had used. Both places said they needed to order the new screen. Cellairis quoted me a price about 20% cheaper and they did the work in 3 days. The other place said it would take about 6 days for the replacement screen to arrive. I am blown-away by the professionalism and honesty of Cellairis. My iPhone screen was cracked and did not want to pay Apple $$, so I hesitantly went to a mall store:Cellairis. They told me 200$ and to come back in a hour. 50 minutes later they told me it was my screen protector they was cracked and it would be 20$ to replace it. It is Christmas and I was super naive- they could have taken me for the 200$. Total professionals. Avoid this place. I went to them for getting battery replaced on HTC M8. They gave a lower quote when I called and increased it after I went to them. The actual repair itself was a disaster. The guy who returned the serviced device said it was a very tricky phone to service. I went home and charged it and the battery was charging very slowly and never reached a 100%. I did not use it for a month or so until my other phone had an issue and when I actually wanted to use it - I discovered they have managed to destroy it's microphone in the process of replacing the battery. I could not use it to make actual calls. A beautiful phone is now completely useless for me thanks to them. read more

Terrible. I will never recommend to fix your phone in this place. To change get a screen replacement it was 175 dollars already discounted! This place damage my front camera while doing it too. I took my phone to Cellarius and they did an incredible job! I had a badly broken screen and half my screen was black. I was told to come back after 45 minutes and it took less than that since my phone was done and ready by the time I went to pick it up. I got a new cover as well at a discounted price for having my screen fixed there and they threw in a free screen protector! It's conveniently located and there's tons to do to pass the time while your phone gets fixed. I have already recommended this place to others. read more

I stopped into Cellairis unexpectedly and without a pre-appointment and Peter was extremely cordial, courteous and friendly. He reassured to replace my iPhone 6s cracked glass screen within 30 minutes and delivered on time and completely replaced and cleaned the entire phone leaving it in a "like new" condition. The guy in the Dulles Town Center is a fraud. Please ensure whatever he tells you about the price is given in writing. He will tell you a price, get the phone, and when you get to collect your phone, will say he would have given such an offer in writing! He is going to charge much higher during pick up. (Iphones and samsungs are run of the mill phones to replace). I brought a screen that I purchased online. They said $70 for labor..fine. They come back and say your screen is defective whatever. I said ok how much to replace 159. Pretty expensive, if not they said $20 for the diagnosis, hmmm ok. I said go ahead with the repair with the understanding that the $20 would be applied. After they "fixed" it cost came out to $179, I said what! They said they included the $20. Comedians, anytime you have repair people come to your house to repair they always include the estimate to the cost if you choose to repair. Again whatever, left and came back 1` minute later because the home button was not working. Waited another 45 mins to fix. At this time it was close to 10PM at the mall at least they fixed the home button. Next morning noticed I was not getting sound when making or receiving phone calls only works when on speaker or headphones. Came back a few days later to replace. Waited 2 hours when they said come back in an 1 hr. Then they said your screen is not the one we replaced LOL. Long story short these guys are incompetent and scammers. Have a simple business process. Have an intake worksheet that verifies basic functionality when you receive a phone from a customer and you verify at out take. The fact that you don't do this is merely because you're running an incompetent business to cover your incompetent work. Long story short, I paid $200 and was refunded $100, they factory reset my phone and lost all my contacts and data. Money is not an issue, it's the principle. Please owner do not respond to this thread, learn how to run a competent business and I will surely report you BBB. Defiantly do not recommend this place. There price to fix and iPhone 5S is $140 and their price to fix the iPhone 5 is also $140 (why would an older model by the same price to repair??). . Also when waiting in line, the Indian /Pakistan man made me wait 10 mins in line when he was right there, clearly ignoring me. IScreen Service which is very close by offers the iPhone 5S screen replacement for $95 and the 5 for $85.
