The DVDs were really cheap, starting at around $5. I've been in other stores where they were $40 or $50 bucks. Like seriously? Do you not know pornhub.com exists??? So I've heard, that is. I would never visit such a site. I didn't get any movies but I got an adult game that was only $5.49. Don't be afraid to keep things fresh ladies! The festive holiday window displays are welcoming, even if one is St. Paddy's but the other side still has Santa.

Also got a $4 grinder, it's cheap and plastic but in all honesty I prefer cheap stuff I can throw out if need be. All together paid around $35 which is the amount they wanted for just my gf's bat at the other places. I will stop here every time I'm on market street.

HUGE used book store and well worth the drive!…read more Their trade in process was really straightforward - when you walk in there's a trade in counter where they ask you to put your books into bins. I had one large bag that I sorted between two bins, one for books and the other for single issue comics and DVDs/non-books. About 45 minutes later I got a text that my trade-in was ready. I came back to the same counter after browsing the store and they offered me in-store credit or a lower amount in cash. They also returned the items they didn't want and I had the option to take them with me or leave them as a donation. I think it was a fair deal for what I donated, and I opted for the in-store credit. The store has a great mix of used books, dvds, comics, vinyl, and more that's pretty well organized. I will say there's a fair amount of duplicates of certain titles and it was interesting that some were priced higher than others - so check all the labels! In general the prices were reasonable with a few exceptions - I saw a really worn copy of a new hardback that they were selling for the list price ($35!) even though it had been out long enough that other books sellers were discounting it already. But then I also got a box set of dvds for $10 and a bunch of kids books for $0.50-2.00. It was easy to spend that in-store credit!

Going to the counter with my selection and I handed them over to the employee and a few short moments later I was being rung up. From the sounds of the conversation, the person on the other end of the phone was trying to scam the associate. It didn't seem to work. A pleasant conversation came out of this scam call with the associate. We ended up getting some information on a game my wife was looking for. The associate knew his products. This store is limited to how many people can go inside the store, because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Still, if you come here for a game, a gaming system or information, you can be sure the associates here can help you.

The store was easy to find and there was plenty of parking available when we visited. This is the kind of bookstore that reminds me why I still enjoy going to a physical bookstore rather than simply looking for books online. The front of the store has large windows that let in plenty of light, the ceilings are high, and there is a lot of room between the main aisles, which gives the store a very open and comfortable feeling. The store was also very clean and well organized. There was a very nice selection of books separated into the different categories, making it fairly easy to browse if you aren't looking for a specific title. What really made the visit enjoyable, however, was the staff. I was looking for several books and they were very helpful in quickly directing me to the sections I wanted to peruse. They were knowledgeable about the books and also offered some suggestions based on what I was looking for, which is one of the things I really appreciate about a good bookstore. My one disappointment was the relatively small Science Fiction section compared with the much larger Fantasy section. Since I read quite a bit of Science Fiction, I would have liked to see a larger selection devoted to it. That was a fairly minor drawback, though, compared with everything else I liked about the store. Overall, this is a wonderful Barnes & Noble with a great selection of books, knowledgeable and helpful staff, a clean and spacious interior, plenty of parking, and a convenient location.
