    I needed an iPhone with a service plan - so after doing some research on service plans - I opted to…read morego with T-Mobile. What I did not understand - is the service plans listed on the T-Mobile web site - are not necessarily available in the physical stores. I had stopped in to this store earlier in the day - and talked to one of the sales people. I shared that I had a brand new iPhone in the box - and that I had looked over the plans on the web site - and had questions about a couple of the plans before I selected one. In this case - the Magenta Over 55 plans are not available via the stores. I told the sales person I needed to run home, grab the iPhone and the service plans print outs - and that I would come back and purchase a plan. So the sales person should've told me at that point - that some of the plans listed on the web site - were not available to purchase in the physical stores. I came back about 30 minutes later with my stuff - and the guy proceeds to tell me the plan I wanted - is not available through them. I responded that that information would have been useful when I was visited earlier. So I went home and purchased the service plan I wanted and provisioned the iPhone from home. Employees act like a customer walking in is such an inconvenience. I tried to purchase a phone and pay for it with my card instead of financing it through T-Mobile and they refused. Mind you I have been a customer for over 6 years! I was denied purchasing a new phone at store, and the employee could not provide a specific reason as to why.

They explained that the store will be able to replace my SIMM card, as the Customer Service rep determined after extensive troubleshooting the phone service stopped working, because my SIMM card was bad and needed a replacement. When I arrived at the Xfinity store in Gainsville, the young man behind the desk was very un-freindly. I told him Xfinity Mobile customer service on a phone call, said to go to a store and they would help me and replace the SIMM card. The person helping said my problem was my phone and was unwilling to put in a new SIMM card. He said we don't want to take one from our inventory. I went back and forth asking him to at least try a new SIMM card, to prove my phone was the issue. He would NOT help me, so I for the Manager who was not there. I called X-finity Mobile back and after 5 days without phone service they are sending me another SIMM card in the mail. The customer service at the Gainsville store is very poor and deserves a rating of 1 star. I may call the CEO of the company Brian L. Roberts or Co-CEO Michael J. Cavanagh and let them know about this store's poor customer service and how they need some serious customer service training. I can always switch T-mobile, if I remain an unhappy cutomer.

I went there for an upgrade on two iPhones and traded in both phones and somehow the employee added a new line with a CALIFORNIA number. Dude, I live in Virginia, how are you going to add stuff to my bill that I didnt even ask for? Ive never written a review on a business in my life, but genuinely dont understand this place and their sketchy business. Even after calling Verizon customer service, the lady on the phone was sketched out and advised me to go speak to this gentleman in person to find out what he was doing. Anyway, dont recommend this place, go to a real Verizon not this place under Russell Cellular.

I wasn't even expecting this but I got my plan activated and new iphone in my color choice. even better yet... got my new iPhone delivered, set up and working (Calls, text, apps) etc..the next day!!!! He even double check that once all up and running if anything was missing, needed to update or fix and checking to make sure no issues with new phone or cellular connection!! Hands down, great place and glad I switch back to this carrier. Also, want best service and understanding go here!!

I called first to ask if they were open and available - They were. I had never heard of this store before. Upon arrival I was quickly seen and discussed the issues with the employee there. The employee stated that they did not have the Pixel 6 Pro batteries in stock at that location but that I could travel ~40 minutes to one of their other locations and get the service done there or I could wait and have one of their regional staff managers bring a battery another day, or have them order a battery. Since they offered the service, and it's built into their price, I opted to have them transfer the battery from the secondary location, figuring it would be faster than ordering one... I left with my phone and waited a few days. The receipt stated that I'd be notified by 06/11. So on the morning of 06/12 I contacted the store to inquire if the parts had come in. The employee stated that the parts were in-store and that they had called an left a voicemail (and gave me the time of the VM call) on my phone, but I never received it. No worries! I'm sure they did leave me one. I'm just happy to finally be able to get it fixed. Not stressing over a day! Upon arrival they stated that they were going to put my phone into a repair mode and that they wouldn't be able to access any of my data while it was in that mode, and to enter and exit that mode they'd need my PIN (which they DO NOT write down or keep in any way). Very happy to see that their customers' personal data, in their phone is secure, and that curious eyes wouldn't be looking through it (not that I think they would!) Nice to see they care to educate and re-assure their customer base. They also use GENUINE and not aftermarket parts for Google and Samsung, unlike other shops. The only gripe I had was the price -- but then again, who doesn't whine over an expensive bill?! ...$150+ for a battery replacement seems a bit much. But, I do understand that they need to pay for 2 staff members every day, insurance, rent for the space, and parts... But, at least maybe give first-time customers a 10-30% discount to keep them coming back, maybe..? Another shop told me they'd do the battery replacement for $80. But again.. who doesn't want best price? It's crazy to me that it's failing so soon, when I've always kept it in a case, only dropped it twice, and always take care with it. I ordered the phone in April 2022, from Google, for just over $1,050! I am happy with the service I got, and hopefully this will be the only time I'll have to make such a heavy investment into a phone that's not even 4 years old to me yet... Great job on the work, uBreakiFix. Hopefully I'm good for another 3-4 years, at least!
