This is my 2nd time at this location and wow! The store manager Rodrigo does not know what he is doing. First issue I had about year ago and he said he couldn't help me worked on his computer kept on saying no no, I went to location in Reston and the issue was resolved by the store manager there. Today was my 2nd issue, t mobile customer service told me I can drop off my broken phone to any location and they will mail it. Well guess what I came to the same location thinking it would be better this time. But guess who walks up to help me again Rodrigo, and I told him about the damaged phone and how I need it to be sent out. He goes oh no we can't do that, unless you are trading in a phone. The reviews continue to be bad and 1 stars. I was recently there an hour before closing. 2 people behind the counter with other customers and probably close to 10 people waiting and more coming in. I was next in line so I knew it would not be a problem for me to get service. Now for all the others waiting and it was getting closer to closing. I have just 2 questions: 1) why did you come close to closing? You are expecting these people to stay after hours and help you? 2) why are you taking your lack of common sense on these people when they can't help you because they are closing? I have been coming to this location for years and never have I had a problem with anyone that works here. I have 8 lines on my plan and they always handle my requests swiftly. PEOPLE PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES, can you do what they do for 8-10 hrs a day? Crazy requests made by crazy people, one after another. First time going here, I had a terrible experience I usually don't write reviews ever but I'm still upset the "manager" helped me upgrade a new iPhone, he told me a bunch of things were included with my purchase of the iPhone 8, turns out it was not! I opened up my T-Mobile app that night and saw that I will be paying over a 100 dollars for a USB charger , screen protector and a really ugly case that I didn't like but chose anyways because he said they were all "included" if he told me that I had to pay extra for all of that I would not have gotten them because I can find better cases and USB car charges for cheaper price in other places! Worst thing is he was the "manager" I understand they need to up sale but this is not the way to do it. Be honest with your clients specially those who have been with the company for years! Bad Service I wouldn't recommend to my Friends and Family, the workers have zero customer service and no respect for their customers & they wont help out other people's problems that they have with their phones and the long wait time on the phone for the sales representative. they have no knowledge on troubleshooting on a Motorola E Smart phone. Had the worst customer service in this store. Not only did the manager Gerard refuse to help me he was useless. He pretty much refused to help me, stated that my bill was confusing that he didn't understand it and he couldn't do anything for me. So wait? If you don't understand my bill how am I supposed to? I had explained to him that I was not getting help over the phone and he didn't care. The other two guys there just followed his lead. People stay away from this store and to be honest T-mobile they have had so much fraud lately and have been shady about it. They don't care about their customers, nor have the slightest idea on how to treat people. This supposed "store manager" had no problem helping his friends father!! How convienent that when I asked for a district managers number he didn't have one. Because of them I have canceled my services I rather close my acct than to ever deal with people like that. One of the worst experiences I had with the Worldgate T-MOBILE Herndon store. The three counter people either should be taught how to handle customers or they should be fired. Very rude, disrespectful and unethical behavior. I said I am with T-Mobile for 10 years and her reply was "so what". I just went to replace my SIM card from 4G to 5G which I received from T-Mobile free of cost and I was instructed to go to any T-Mobile store for free activation. The staff there said they will charge $30 for activating the card.. I told them that I am supposed to get free of charge per T-Mobile online representatives. The staff said this store will charge $30 and your free to go anywhere and good luck, with sarcastic look. I called T-Mobile direct and they said they will speak to the counter staff and she refused to speak. The gentleman there was also rude and arrogant. Being with T-Mobile fort 10 years having five lines a shame.. if this continues T-Mobile will be soon in the closure list. read more

I was harassed for a photo ID just for inquiring about the new release of the Samsung device. The sales representative was apparently upset that I was not interested in fraternizing with him. So, he refused to answer a few common questions about the product. I'm trying to contact T Mobile directly however. They don't seem to offer a point of input. read more
