Unacceptable Treatment Regarding Business Card Order Hello, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received while attempting to place an order for business cards at your establishment. Despite my clear request to see all the paper options available for business cards, the individual " JOHN" I dealt with refused to show me the materials. I made the effort to visit in person, only to be met with unhelpful and dismissive behavior from John. Despite my repeated inquiries, I was met with a lack of cooperation and refusal to provide the necessary information for me to make an informed decision. I have spent the entire morning corresponding with this individual, providing all necessary details and materials for my order. Unfortunately, the individual in question failed to even open the emails I sent, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and competence. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a disrespectful and unhelpful manner when attempting to conduct business. I left your establishment feeling utterly disappointed and disheartened by the lack of service provided. I trust that this issue will be addressed promptly and that steps will be taken to ensure that other customers of the LGBTQ+ do not experience the same level of discrimination and disregard that I faced. I wanted to surprise my then 10 year old grandson with a special gift. He had discovered inter-office memos I'd used in the 1990s before the Internet was a thing in corporate settings. The memos had my name, and boxes to check, e.g., "need not return", "round robin", "note action and return". etc. I asked MMP to make memo pads for my grandson, showing his name (instead of mine). In half the price I expected, in only 5 days (so I could take them with me on our next visit). They made the 10 pads I requested and threw in an extra pad for free. They seemed as delighted as I was with the result and offered to show my grandson around the shop next time he was in town. Lifesaver! I spent 3-4 hours one afternoon at a FedEx print shop trying to print 200 3x5 cards for a work project. I was out of town, didn't have a car, and about to fail miserably. It was nearly impossible to do anything there besides make a single copy of an 8.5x11 single-sided sheet of paper. Minuteman saved my life. My co-worker found them and emailed a copy of what we needed. By the time I Ubered there, it was ready.
