They were punctual, efficient, professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They took great care with my belongings, were thorough throughout the process, and nothing was damaged. They made what could have been a stressful move much easier. I also worked closely with Brandon Miller, who initially came out to provide my estimate and remained my main point of contact throughout the process. Brandon was friendly, responsive, and professional, whether by email, text, or phone, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. He also coordinated additional painting, repairs, and cleaning services for my previous home, which made Bargain Movers feel like a one-stop shop. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend Bargain Movers.

I can honestly say that Zebna Movers have been the best movers I have ever hired! My excellent experience with them started with the easy booking process. Excellent communication and responsiveness and flexibility (I originally booked one date and then changed my mind and decided to move a day earlier...no problem). The day of the move is always super stressful but the two movers who were assigned to move me from a one bedroom apartment to another condo across town arrived on time and quickly got to work. I explained that I needed their help packing up the kitchen and they got to work with speed and care. Within about three hours my place was ready to transport to my new home (a condo on the third floor of a walkup!!!). They didn't bat an eye and got to work unloading and bringing up all the boxes and furniture. Throughout the entire process they were super professional and courteous. The cost is by hour and I was surprised by how much cheaper it was than my previous move with a national company (where no stairs were involved). Ok so the final check was did everything survive the move intact? And yet again, I was super pleased. Everything arrived perfectly without scratches or anything breaking. I highly highly recommend Zebna!!

Just moved with this company on Tuesday and the three men who were assigned my move did not speak english, scratched up my walls both old and new house. Cost discussed on initial call was not honored. Paid for 3 workers where only 2 did most so the total time was EXTRA long. We had to go behind them placing in correct rooms, even though we were telling them throughout, had to move heavy items off fragile glass or mater to prevent items being broken. They left items behind at my old property. They made a mess in one of our bathrooms doing a sink bath basically -- water all over sink and floor. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! When I emailed and called with complaints customer satisfaction did not matter. If the above behavior is highly trained I am afraid to see untrained according to their standards. I was prior military and moved many times --- I have never had as much issues before. They are getting a 1 star because it is minimum required by app.

We found him using Yelp but he didn't have any reviews but as soon as I googled him saw that he had *many* other positive reviews so booked him. He was able to come the same day and had all the tools necessary to assemble it efficiently. It also helps that his price was competitive and that he is the actual one that shows up versus a larger company where you don't know who may show up. We would highly recommend him.

He started asking for MORE MONEY to do the closet. I said "you gave me a flat rate for the WHOLE project you never said you never mentioned you would charge me more. You had the pics and description". We argued and then asked him to stop and just charge for the bed and shoe racks. He took the money and left. He NEVER cleaned the mess he left. He was so unprofessional asking me to leave the room while I was just sitting there to make sure to help him if needed any help since he showed up ALONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.
