They were punctual, efficient, professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They took great care with my belongings, were thorough throughout the process, and nothing was damaged. They made what could have been a stressful move much easier. I also worked closely with Brandon Miller, who initially came out to provide my estimate and remained my main point of contact throughout the process. Brandon was friendly, responsive, and professional, whether by email, text, or phone, and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. He also coordinated additional painting, repairs, and cleaning services for my previous home, which made Bargain Movers feel like a one-stop shop. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend Bargain Movers.

The gentlemen who showed up at my house arrived SPOT ON TIME! Promptly at 4:00 pm, (maybe even earlier) though my window for arrival was 4-6 pm. Brian Thurston and his one-man crew arrived promptly. Came around to my backyard, with masks on, looked at what I needed hauled, which included old toilets, a bathroom vanity, adult bikes, old yard products, and a host of other items, gave me pricing we agreed upon, and immediately got to work. Junk was cleared in about 30-40 minutes and one gentleman even swept my deck with a broom and dust pan that they kept on their truck! Get outta here! I NEVER see that from contractors I have hired and I've been doing this kind of work for nearly 20 years. That's good stuff right there! My only regret is that I'm told Bowie and DC are not within their range, but I am prayerful that will change, as word gets around. I'd hire them again HANDS DOWN, either for Bowie, where I live or downtown DC. Where I work at Metro Center, I have used another well-known hauler for many years downtown, but I would reconsider and give this company my business again and again! And...they are new. Only started up in May 2020. Bravo Brian! This is the way you do business and earn loyal customers!! Excellent job! Cindy C.
