THESE FOLKS ARE MAGICIANS (and I appreciate them tremendously, will be going to them for future matters too!) I am located in LA, CA and found out we needed to deliver courtesy copies to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nationwide said they were unavailable due to the protests going on at the moment. I was able to get in touch with the owner Michael Phelps, and he assured me that this print job and delivery would be handled efficiently and properly. He was right! Wuba (thank you so much for facetiming with me!) had these documents printed and ready to go in less than 30 mins. She printed a cover sheet and had them wrapped and ready to go. I had an extremely last minute and bizarre project for work that I needed to have printed and completed same day. I thought I was SOL, after speaking with the 5th FedEx/Kinko's/Staples location in DC....as one after the other broke the bad news -- "not enough resources to complete". You see, not only was this a bizarre project (12 oddly shaped(all different sized) laminated foam poster boards)...but it was also SUNDAY MORNING. When I finally stumbled upon eDiscovery Solutions, I thought, this is it--this is my last hope. I reached out to Michael, who I believe is the owner, with my request -- noting the importance of a quick turnaround for this project. I crossed my fingers and within a FEW MINUTES, Michael had responded with "We can help" and help he did! We needed to confirm size with some of my items which was a pretty elaborate task so I let Michael know to do the best he could but that I was more concerned about efficiency and having the items the day of. Should be highest on any list. Was having a terrible problem with many other companies scanning an old, larger portrait for an historical society exhibit. The portrait copy just had to show the finest of details on the scan and nobody - NOBODY - could do anything other than copy the portrait about the same as I did on my copier at home. SO discouraged that I contacted a photographer in Indiana who "spoke the language" and said I should go to this company. PERFECTION - Jo Ann spent ALOT of time working on the project until it was absolutely perfect, and always with a smile on her face. Joanna showed me samples of the first few pages of what I was printing to make sure they were going in the right direction. I discovered this gem of a print shop when I needed to quick print job (had to print two letters before work). The shop is pretty difficult to find - it's in the basement of the James Madison building. I went into the building and after wandering around a little bit, and then finally asked the guard where I could find eDiscovery. He called down to the shop and then allowed me access with the elevator to the ground floor. It did not get easier from there since the doors all looked the same and I got lost very quickly. They know they are hard to find, so they do their best to help! They were SUPER nice and easy to work with. Excellent service, pricing, and speed. I would highly encourage them as a print shop and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. read more

These people need to get real. You don't propagate websites saying you are open weekends, with the added note saying 24/7, and put up a standing sign outside on the corner telling people they are a few feet away, and then not be open. What's worse, there is no entry from the street and calling them from the bldg phone about it, I was told they are only 'on call' on weekends. What's worse is the fact that the address is 2001 Pennsylvania but it is on I Street. It's 100 degrees as I write this and let me say, they can guess again. read more

I was in a bind 2 nights ago where I had to get something printed last minute for a meeting that was 8 am that morning. When we couldn't and I told him I was perfectly fine with his service, he proceeded to assure me that not only would he be able to print what I needed but deliver it to the location of my meeting so I could sleep in peace.
