Incredible incredible turnaround and service! I cannot thank Wuba enough for the support throughout the day through Facetime and text as I struggled with the dimensions and access of the file she even stayed overtime and folded 300 brochures in no time so I could get them same-day. Not to mention the end-result rendered beautifully, she could even help me print full-bleed at no extra charge - Staples or FedEx could never. Please support this shop and the lovely people there! read more

If I coud give these guys 10/5 stars, I would. Hotel lost my poster for a conference. I sent eDiscovery a text at 7:30AM. Called me almost right away and the poster was completed before I even made it over to the building at 8:30AM. If you are ever in a jam, eDiscovery should be your first call. read more

Excellent work on my appellate brief and record extract. Great service too. Highly recommend.

Michael is seriously, THE MAN! If you need any printing services done, you gotta call this guy! I came from California to DC for a conference and had some flyers printed somewhere else and they did not look very good. I landed pretty late in the day and didn't know what to do. I looked online to find some printing shops and came across Mike. It says he's open 24/7 so I thought I would give him a shot. I read all the amazing reviews on how he goes above and beyond and it is all absolutely true. I'm so glad he helped us with our printing! The flyers looked amazing! He had it done in time and made the process really easy. If you need printing services, this guy is the guy! read more

Amazingly efficient, time sensitive with a great product at a reasonable price. Great job eDiscovery.

THESE FOLKS ARE MAGICIANS (and I appreciate them tremendously, will be going to them for future matters too!) I am located in LA, CA and found out we needed to deliver courtesy copies to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nationwide said they were unavailable due to the protests going on at the moment. I was able to get in touch with the owner Michael Phelps, and he assured me that this print job and delivery would be handled efficiently and properly. He was right! Wuba (thank you so much for facetiming with me!) had these documents printed and ready to go in less than 30 mins. She printed a cover sheet and had them wrapped and ready to go. She even facetimed me when the courier arrived! These folks are efficient and definitely have my trust. 15/10 read more

OMG - wow, if you need a poster printed in DC, look no further! Kind, patient and fantastic customer service with same-day printing service, fantastic quality and great prices. My students were working on their poster for a conference until the 11th hour, and Michael and Wuba were AMAZING! Really the most wonderful folks you can imagine! I was grateful that when I texted the owner Michael Phelps he reassured me that they would take care of me. Wuba texted with me throughout the day, and I was so appreciative that she was willing to stay late to do the printing and personally delivered the poster to my students at the Convention Center. She even FaceTimed with me, so I can see the final poster before she delivered it. So many thanks! You are our HERO! One of the easiest, kindest and best poster printing companies I've ever worked with. Thanks so much to Michael and Wuba for taking such good care of us! 10 plus stars to you both! read more

I wish I could give 10 stars instead of just 5. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL and the staff is beyond nice. Plus it's the only printshop working on a Sunday during the Thanksgiving weekend. This little visit saved my day from the cold weather :) read more

Simply amazing people. Had a last minute, Sunday night, printing need. Just a thousand pages, but they took care of us as if we were printing a phone book for DC. Really appreciate all your help, kindness, and attention! read more

Thank God for Yelp &:Google!! If you're looking for same-day printing, great quality, great prices, and all around AMAZING customer service, look no further... my other printer's machines had broken down and I needed to get 250 programs printed for my cousin's funeral the next day. I Googled "same day printers near me", eDiscovery was one of the options, I called & talked through the particulars with Michael... within 5 minutes I had a quote, within 30 minutes - a proof, and within 2-3 hours - I had all 250 programs boxed up and delivered to my car. All in all - one of the best business calls I've ever made. A HUGE thanks to Michael and his team for coming through for me and my family in the clutch 5 out of 5 stars all the way!! read more

Michael and his team has always been my association's go to solution for same day turn around print projects along with any other print projects. During our conference this year, a couple projects came down got the wire that we needed printed and delivered the same day. Michael was always able to deliver even getting into the late evening. They're quick, reliable and so friendly. 10/10 recommend. Thanks team! read more

The entire team at eDiscovery is amazing. Last week, I went in with a complex, large copy and collating job. The typical printing shop would have told me to come back in several hours. Not eDiscovery. Sensing my tight schedule, they did my job immediately. I was in and out in record time. (Btw, i did not tell them i was in a hurry). They worked as a team, supporting each other. When challenges arose, they didn't say "we can't do that." Instead, they found solutions. EDiscovery at 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., NW in Washington, DC produces a high quality product and is 100% customer focused. Note: they are in the basement of this office building with no street signage. read more

We had an order issue with the different printer before and had to order 100 paper folders in 24 hours. Mike was very helpful and very quick in responding to my questions. I have never had this high quality and speedy customer service before. read more

I needed to copy and scan some documents and being in the Foggy Bottom area, I did a Google search for places that could help me with this. The reviews I found on Google for eDiscovery Solutions far outperformed other copy centers like UPS and FedEx in the area. I thus came here, thinking it was just a copy store. It is not but regardless, Jo Anna was accommodating and was nice enough to let me do the necessary copying and scanning functions I needed here without issue. eDiscovery Solutions is more than just for copying and scanning documents. If you need presentations made, or hundreds of documents printed, or more formal services, please check out eDiscovery Solutions. Not only is their staff knowledgeable and friendly, but they are clearly prepared for the biggest jobs, based on all the high tech stuff they have here. I clearly made a mistake in my search but based on the amazing service I have received here, I have no regrets about coming here. read more

I had an extremely last minute and bizarre project for work that I needed to have printed and completed same day. I thought I was SOL, after speaking with the 5th FedEx/Kinko's/Staples location in DC....as one after the other broke the bad news -- "not enough resources to complete". You see, not only was this a bizarre project (12 oddly shaped(all different sized) laminated foam poster boards)...but it was also SUNDAY MORNING. When I finally stumbled upon eDiscovery Solutions, I thought, this is it--this is my last hope. I reached out to Michael, who I believe is the owner, with my request -- noting the importance of a quick turnaround for this project. I crossed my fingers and within a FEW MINUTES, Michael had responded with "We can help" and help he did! We needed to confirm size with some of my items which was a pretty elaborate task so I let Michael know to do the best he could but that I was more concerned about efficiency and having the items the day of. Michael was incredibly responsive to my emails(as I'm sure I was a bit of a pesky nuisance) and was able to not only complete my project, but did so by completely exceeding my expectations -- every board was the perfect size and shape, he had extras in the box, and even hand delivered everything to where I work. If anyone is looking for last minute/rush order jobs and/or just a team that can assist with ANY project, look no further -- Michael and eDiscovery Solutions is the place to go to. Thank you, Michael! read more

Should be highest on any list. Was having a terrible problem with many other companies scanning an old, larger portrait for an historical society exhibit. The portrait copy just had to show the finest of details on the scan and nobody - NOBODY - could do anything other than copy the portrait about the same as I did on my copier at home. SO discouraged that I contacted a photographer in Indiana who "spoke the language" and said I should go to this company. PERFECTION - Jo Ann spent ALOT of time working on the project until it was absolutely perfect, and always with a smile on her face. She just had to get it perfect, she kept saying, working on about 3-4 machines to get it right. I will be telling all that I know to use this company. THE BEST - read more

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. If you are looking to print something, no job is too big or small for eDiscovery Solutions. They are simply incredible. They are a wonderful, locally run business and headed by truly kind, caring and dedicated people. My emails at 8am and 10:45pm were answered within minutes, last minute changes were easily accommodated, and they even delivered the product. Their prices are truly the best in the city as well. Where else can you get astounding service AND great prices AND in DC (which is notoriously very expensive). I did a lot of searching around, and this area does have a lot of wonderful print shops, which makes it even more of an accomplishment for eDiscovery to be truly the absolute best. In sum: need a rush print job, a poster, high quality color brochures, black and white programs, something scanned and reprinted, a million CVs, beautiful handouts for a presentation, a last minute marriage proposal made using memes, or a simple, single black and white copy? And you don't have a ton of money but somehow still expect solid service? eDiscovery can do it all! Support a local business that cares about its clients and does a fabulous job with their product. I communicated with them primarily via email, but if you use their service in person, don't be put off by entering the building. It's gorgeous inside and there is a very...interesting picture of Monroe you'll pass by on the way to the elevator. The person at the desk will take you to the floor, once you exit the elevator, head to your...right I believe, and you'll see their offices. The facility is centered around printing, so don't be put off since they don't have a traditional storefront. The people there are so wonderful and ready to help you with whatever you may need. read more

Recently I had to print out approximately one million pages for school. eDiscovery came to my rescue -- the ladies here are so friendly yet so efficient and dedicated to making your pages look perfect. Joanna showed me samples of the first few pages of what I was printing to make sure they were going in the right direction. They're also really great about double checking which files you need, number of copies, etc. They do all sorts of printing, imagery, specialty custom work and beyonddd. A gem tucked away in the James Madison building. They are the best! read more

The price was extremely reasonable and the turnaround faster than I could ever hope for, but in addition Michael drove from his home, to his office on a frigid Sunday afternoon to make this rush job happen. Like so many others, I was coming into town to host an event and needed printed materials. I scanned reviews, went to websites and reached out to a handful. What I found from the first conversation with Michael is a level of professionalism and "I've got your back" that when you are not in your familiar backyard and have the pressure of executing is reassuring. They exceeded my expectations in execution, not needed to be micromanaged and being fun to be around. If you, like me, have been burned by those printing shops with subpar talent that ignores timelines and directions, put your mind at ease and place your trust in Michael and eDiscovery. I know that when I am in DC I will absolutely go back! Thanks Michael and team. read more

I discovered this gem of a print shop when I needed to quick print job (had to print two letters before work). The shop is pretty difficult to find - it's in the basement of the James Madison building. I went into the building and after wandering around a little bit, and then finally asked the guard where I could find eDiscovery. He called down to the shop and then allowed me access with the elevator to the ground floor. It did not get easier from there since the doors all looked the same and I got lost very quickly. They know they are hard to find, so they do their best to help! They were SUPER nice and easy to work with. Excellent service, pricing, and speed. I would highly encourage them as a print shop and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. read more

These people need to get real. You don't propagate websites saying you are open weekends, with the added note saying 24/7, and put up a standing sign outside on the corner telling people they are a few feet away, and then not be open. What's worse, there is no entry from the street and calling them from the bldg phone about it, I was told they are only 'on call' on weekends. What's worse is the fact that the address is 2001 Pennsylvania but it is on I Street. It's 100 degrees as I write this and let me say, they can guess again. read more

Michael and eDiscovery Solutions is a life saver. If Michael ever decides to do something else, he should teach companies how to provide amazing customer service. I was in a bind 2 nights ago where I had to get something printed last minute for a meeting that was 8 am that morning. Not only did Michael take my call but his first thought was to help me find a print service near his area to help make sure I was getting the best deal. When we couldn't and I told him I was perfectly fine with his service, he proceeded to assure me that not only would he be able to print what I needed but deliver it to the location of my meeting so I could sleep in peace. He didn't just make a promise he delivered...and with EXCELLENT customer service. The next morning, as I was stressing out about my early meeting, he emailed, and called me to let me know he was on his way and confirmed delivery when he got there. I ended up getting there after him but the materials were where he promised, as he promised and at the time he promised...and best part is that he was a PLEASURE to work with and genuinely was interested in helping me. I will recommend them time and time again and have found my 'go to' print service for work. I'll tell anyone that will listen how awesome eDiscovery Solutions is. read more

Absolutely top-notch and friendly service. I had a need for only a small number of copies to be printed and I was worried about finding a quality shop to produce limited amounts. eDiscovery was happy to help and an excellent job.
