They have no art, only maps. Their art supplies are limited at best. Their frame work looks shotty. You'd be better off going to Michaels Crafts and letting this store face it's inevitable close. Reliable, affordable, and they never missed a pickup. Over the last year or two, things started slipping. A missed week here and there, every couple of months. Usually they'd come the next day, or I'd call or email and even if no one answered, someone would eventually come get the trash. But it kept happening more often. Then my trash started sitting out for days. Half a week. Sometimes a full week. No pickup, no response. I'd call, email, and text and hear nothing. Eventually I had to bring the trash back in myself. What really pushed it over the edge was trying to cancel service. I asked to cancel and just wanted someone to acknowledge it. No response at all. That feels really irresponsible and unprofessional, especially for customers who've been with you for years. I get that businesses grow and have issues, but basic communication matters. If there's a problem, send an email. Let people know. So they don't leave trash out all week, or have to make other arrangements if they're going out of town, or deal with extra stinky trash in the middle of summer. It's really about communication and respect. And unfortunately, that's been missing.
