We had a very last minute order but they were very nice about getting the shirts made in just a day. I worked with Helen and Grace. I'm updating my 5 star to a 2 star because we decided to use their service again as we were truly satisfied the first time around. Not so much the second time. Don't get me wrong the customer service is fine. They are always polite, efficient and respectable. The problem now is with the quality of the T-shirts. I had a very long email thread with Helen the designer about what we wanted. They were able to find the right font however when it came to the mock up, she kept missing the nail on the head. We decided to entrust in the processionals as we don't design and print t-shirts on a regular basis. I also kept asking for a T-shirt with a stretch but was quoted on just a basic Gilden T-shirt which has zero stretch. I was not told this until picking up the shirts and to my surprise the shirts were extremely stiff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about the T-shirt's we just had made. We had 50 T-shirt's made for around $500. I was told there was nothing they could do because the mock up was approved. The mock up I approved looked nothing like the T-shirt's and their answer to that was well you can't use a mock up to depict what the T-shirt will actually look like. Interesting. They also said because I was sick and they didn't get a response they quoted us on the cheapest T-shirt's but this is false. We were quoted before I got sick and then Helen was also away which is why the communication was lacking. I don't think we will be using their service again in the future. I believe accountability is important.

They have a store open on Rhode Island Ave with street meter parking and close at 6pm on Saturday. They took my design and had it ready in 3 hours. It only cost $40 for a 3 color print! Not only did they provide same day service, but they had the color shirt I wanted. They also answered the phone on the first try. I saw shirts, socks, hats as well. They take cash and cc. I will definitely be back!

They didn't hesitate to engage in conversation with me, talking to me about what I was looking for, patiently explaining processes when I was truthful about feeling like a fish out of water (I felt like I had absolutely no clue what I was doing), and answered every question I had before I ever put in my first order. Once I received my prints it was the icing on the cake. Not only is the quality of the prints wonderful, but as an artist I was able to look at my images for the first time and see the total quality of my work. They do have spots out front but the first time I went I parked under the hill and it wasn't bad because it's all free parking. You just have to walk up the hill. It is right past the train track so make sure you are aware because the light rail passes through. I think the prices are really reasonable in this day and age when we still have to print things for marketing purposes and it's always nice as a local business versus a FedEx or Kinko and the service here is superior. They let you see a proof and they are really communicative.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself waiting until the last minute to deal with the printing. I called these guys on a Wednesday morning, met with them Wednesday afternoon, and had my small order filled within 24 hours. Not only were they fast, helpful and courteous, but they also did excellent quality work. The shirts looked great. Since it was a small order they did transfer prints but they also offer screen prints for orders over 12 items. To top it off, they are incredibly reasonably priced. Compared to corporate online outlets, these guys come in at close to half the price. At the prices quoted, I will definitely be back to get some shirts screen printed. They offer shirts as well as printing, or you can drop off your own apparel items and they will scale the cost of the job for printing only. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will be using them for all of my future shirt printing needs.
