Due to continued price increases, I chose to terminate my service in November and called to cancel. The representative I spoke with assured me that my service would be discontinued and that I would receive a prepaid return box for the Hopper equipment. After this call, I logged into my account and made what I believed to be my final payment. However, unbeknownst to me, Dish Network reinstated my service without my authorization and continued to bill me. Since I had already moved on to streaming services and was no longer using Dish, I had no reason to suspect that I was still being charged. When the return box never arrived, I called customer service again, only to discover that my account had been reactivated. I was then wrongfully informed that I had agreed to renew my contract, and when I disputed this, the representative placed me on hold to check with another department. Upon returning, I was told there was no evidence of my authorization for renewal--which confirms that my account should have been canceled as initially requested. To add insult to injury, despite finally being able to return the equipment, Dish Network has added a non-return equipment charge to my account. I am now being forced to pay for two months of unwanted service and an unjustified fee, making this situation feel like outright extortion. Consumers be very careful

Right now there's an outage, and it's literally impossible to speak with a live person. Every time I call for an update, I'm trapped in an endless AI loop with no option to reach a human being. The automated system provides no useful information and then simply hangs up. This has impacted my ability to work. What kind of customer service is this? Customers deserve better.     Comcast is one of the worst service providers walking the planet. Because I've heard such bad…read morethings about their cable service, I decided that I would just use their Xfinity WIFI 30 day pass for $10 a month. No contracts, no obligations. At first, the service was working fine. Considering I do everything on the internet, it came in handy. However, lately their service is either slow or non existent. For the past 2 days I've been using my mobile data because every time I try to connect to Xfinitywifi, it tells me, "IP configuration failure." No matter how many fixes I use (airplane mode, forget the connection and try to reconnect, switch from random default mac to device mac) NOTHING works. The Down Detector page says "users don't indicate any problems at Comcast" yet when you scroll down to the comments section, you see people complaining about no service as of yesterday. Don't even think about asking for compensation back for the days their service wasn't working because you won't get it. I pay for 30 days of service, yet their wifi doesn't work for the entire 30 days. Comcast is infamous online for their antics and the only way these companies will understand that people aren't putting up with their crap, is by hitting them where it hurts. Their pockets.

About a month ago my internet stopped working and stayed that way for a week straight. I called daily and was given the run around that it is a "server issue and will be fixed soon" but they could never tell me exactly when. I eventually talked to a technician who told me Gigstreem is actively trying to lose NetBlazr customers who were grandfathered into a lower price. That and they just don't care enough to pay for technicians to fix issues so anything that goes wrong takes weeks to fix. After a week of back and forth and no internet I cancelled my service and signed up with another company. The outage started at the start of July and I had paid for a full month of internet so I demanded a refund as the internet didn't work at all after I paid. I was told I would receive one but it never came. I called a dozen times over three weeks and was told "the finance team is working on it". Eventually I gave up and had to file a charge back with my credit card company. This internet provider is completely broken and doesn't care about you in any way. I hate to say it but even comcast is better and I really hate them. Stay far far away from this company.
