It's definitely the nicest UPS store I've been to. They have self-serve kiosks to the left as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and clearly very excited to have a customer! They asked how I knew they were even open so I'm guessing business has been slow so far. I have no doubt things will pick up quickly though. I also learned that the same owners of this UPS location also own the one in the Rotunda which is where I normally go, but this new spot is a convenient location if/when I'm heading south. My GPS was trying to have me make a weird U turn to get here but it's on the corner of Eastern Ave and President St so I just turned onto Eastern and the store was right there in the bottom level of the Avalon. Street parking can be pretty limited in this area but on this particular day I didn't find it hard to grab a spot.

Both UPS and the store refused to issue a credit for the difference, probably $10-15 difference. Terrible customer service, I had to search for a phone number as it isn't listed in the app. Also the first person I spoke to didn't understand American English so I had to repeat several times and she still got it wrong, thought I hadn't received package when I told her several times I had and I was just seeking a price adjustment for the delay. I went home and logged on to PirateShip.com and entered the requisite information, and it produced UPS international options ranging from $29.07 to $59.64 to get my package to London by Thursday. After having a terrible experience with the last printer I went to, my good friend who works for an entertainment company suggested Grove Printing to me. Everything about the process was great: 1. You can order online. It was quick, easy and straightforward. Just make sure you don't forget to upload your file after your payment is processed. Also, I would recommend following up with a phone call if you have any order details outside the norm. 2. You can track your order status. 3. If you're ordering postcards, more often than not just go ahead and order 5,000. It's usually the best deal and they print these everyday, ready to go in 24 hrs. For example, I ordered 5,000 4x6 postcards, double sided, glossy for only $158 + tax. (The last place I went to tried to charge me 4x that amount, adding in rush fees and other nonsense.) On top of that, the gentlemen that work there are laid back, down to earth and really nice. Just one thing to note: This place is hidden. I mean, really hidden. Once you reach the location where you *think* you are supposed to be, you have to then drive up the alley to find the parking in front on Grove. They are basically hidden behind larger buildings. Oh, they also mentioned to me that they are one of the fastest printers on the East Coast! Who would have thunk?!
