He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences.

They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. Now they charge $2.99 for the first BW page of anything, which is insane. Other UPS stores within 2 miles of this location charge between $0.33 and $0.40 per page. But the MOST insane thing happened today when I tried to ship a 1-pound package to London and they told me the cheapest option was $375! Needless to say I took my package and left. I went home and logged on to PirateShip.com and entered the requisite information, and it produced UPS international options ranging from $29.07 to $59.64 to get my package to London by Thursday. I will never return to this store unless I am dropping off a package that already has a prepaid label affixed to it, though I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me for that, as well.

There were about 3 more people in the second waiting area in front of us which is not a problem because it's 10:37 am and our appointment is at 11 am. I'm still impressed!
